BEWARE!!! They steal the valve stem caps off of your car when putting air in your tires! Very rude and unprofessional as well. I’ve had multiple bad experiences with them and will never go back. They are predators as well. They made remarks to me as well as my girlfriend each time.

I dont know what is right or wrong, but I got 2 of my tyres changed from them because of a puncture. They looked new, but when I went to BMW for a service, they said that the so-called "new tyres" have a discard of 4/32, and they are not new and i need to change them again. I paid $500 for these, and I feel robbed.

I don’t ever really post reviews regarding service even if it’s terrible but I have to say I was very disappointed with my last service that I had here. First of all, I came there to get all four tires done for the price of $186, which is a good price but I was being harassed by the main technician the whole time and he was told repeatedly that I’m in a relationship and that I wasn’t interested AT ALL. Secondly, he kept saying he gave me the “best tires” but come to find out one of them has a plug in it and has terrible tread which I will attach photos for proof. Lastly, I never really had issues with them in the past but this incident alone has caused them to lose a reoccurring customer. Overall, the price they charge you speaks for itself and I will now spend the extra dollar to get better service and quality. I called them about this issue and they hung on about this first while I was explaining all of this and I called a second time and they offered for me to come back but I honestly don’t even think it’s worth the hassle, I’d rather pay another place to do it for me.

I called Daniel because I had thought that I had a crack in my wheel. It turns out I had five cracks!! He was very helpful, and worked out a deal with me so that I could afford to fix my wheel and get back on the road. He also recommended putting that tire on the back instead of on the front so that it would not get so much impact and would last longer. It was some of the best customer service I have received in a long time, and I appreciate their help so much! I would highly recommend them!!! Also, their shop is very clean and welcoming, and their staff is very friendly!

***WISH I COULD GIVE THEM 100 STAR RATING*** ***.PLEASE READ UPDATE*** Great Tires and Pricing. Got 2 new tires in the middle of the night and was in and out for under $100. Will definitely be using them from now on! Honest, Fast, Friendly service!!! *** So we are less than 24 hours after we got our tires from him. We thought our tire size was 205/65 and it was actually 205/60!! So when they put our tires the car started driving funny!!! Now let’s all be honest. This was our fault that they put the wrong size on. I am sitting here as I type this getting my tires swapped out for ones that are the right size. He isn’t charging me!!! I did not think that customer service like this existed anywhere anymore!!! To the post that are trying to put a negative review on this shop- SHAME ON YOU!! Never been to a more honest customer oriented place ever!!! Yall gotta check them out!! Hands down the #1 BEST TIRE SHOP IN GEORGIA!!!

Im tire of these bootleg tire place. They get over on females all the time. Got another tire and had the same problem as my old one a day later(slow leak). He didnt want me to see him put it on. Just wanted me to see the outside tread of the wheel which looked good. Inside tread was awful 3 week later purchasing another one somewhere else. WASTE OF MONEY AND MY TIME BECAUSE THEY GET OVER ON FEMALES AND DONT KNOW BETTER FOLKS....

My wife and I came here last night and got 2 tires for our Avalon. We messed up though and gave them the wrong size for our tire. While doing some running around today we noticed that the car wasnt riding right. Well upon inspection of the tires we discovered the mix up and promptly called the shop. Much to my surprise- we were told to bring the car back immediately and they would see what they could do! Less than 2 hours from discovering the problem and calling~ we are here getting our tires exchanged (FREE OF CHARGE) Really I can not say enough good things about MLK Tires! The owner understands how hard times are right now for everyone and makes his products and services affordable for everyone!!!! The mechanics here are very skilled! The owner is amazing and genuinely cares about his customers!!! As my wife said “HANDS DOWN THE BEST TIRE PLACE IN ATLANTA!!!” Yall come check them out. I will gladly drive the hour from our house to have them take care of our vehicles!!!!

I caught one person lying about prices trying to put money in his pockets. Sad part is last time I bought a tire I tipped him Caugjt bro trying to overcharge me by $14 for a tire patch. They'll never see me again.

I went here today to ask him if I could check my lugs cause they felt loose. He told me that he would check it, but it would cost a few dollars. He didn't want to jack the car up so he told me to jack it up if i wanted it up. He checked 5 lugs on 1 wheel. Then told me it would be $10!!!!!!!!!!!! What!! Do not go here!!! They're thieves and crooks.

It’s the principle behind all of this….. I’m disappointed in the way this shop has handled business with me. It was a very simple task fix the flat tire I had. Instead they wanted to charge me $70 for a used tire acting like it was new. Everyone was not speaking any amount of English and it was hard to communicate. One guy gonna tell me he speaks French. What the heck? We are not in Africa or France ok? Let’s speak English please or at least learn enough to communicate with the customers. The owner was very upset because I decided not to get my tire fix due to me finding out with Costco that I still had a warranty on my tires. He starts charging me $5.00 just to take the tire off then at the last minute they waited until after the fact to charge another $5.00 just to put my spare on, but wasn’t going to charge the $5.00 in addition until I asked for the spare to be put on. The owner was very rude and disrespectful and began yelling and screaming for me to leave out of his office when someone had ask me what happened. Lol 😂 the employees even said that some of the customer tires came off their car due to inexperience people not certified to work on your vehicle. This place is a major rip off and when I told the owner that I would do this review on his business….. he replied saying, “ I don’t care”. Well guess what you will care when people read the reviews and decide to do business elsewhere…….. by the way the owner is African and has the nasty rude demeanor that most Africans have when you decide to change your mind doing business with them. Will never come back here and I am sure the owner will reply and say this incident never happened or comeback here, but I am over it……..very inconsiderate and unprofessional……….. Guys run 🏃‍♂️ and I mean run……….. lol the business has a sign that has no name on it as well. It’s just horrible how you think 🤔 is Americans gonna keep giving you our money only for you to be nasty, rude and disrespectful and unprofessional. No sir………, Also they have nails and potholes in their parking lot to set you up with more flat tires just to get you to come back. No way…… RUN and go spend your money elsewhere……. These people must be on Drugs because there is no way you will stay in business treating customers like this…….my advice to this shop is post your prices to avoids issues like this……. And stop changing the pricing when someone initially ask you, how much is your fees?

I’ve been to this place multiple times to get an alignment or even by tires but i called yesterday and spoke to someone about a mobile tire service. He took my number down and said that someone would return my call. A hour went by and i called since no one returned my call & they did not pick up. I was purposely sent to the voicemail twice. If you ever need mobile tire services please don’t call them. Call mobile1tire services instead

Their service and attention to details is supper outstanding compared to other places i have been. They fixed my tire and rim and i haven't had any issues ever since.. They did a great job.
