Went in to get a smog. Employee didn't even acknowledge my presence and walked out. When another employee came in, I was greated and they informed me that there was no mechanic. Unprofessional and inattentive.

I came in 10min. after the service department was closed for an oil change and they still serviced my car! They were Quick and Easy.! Thanks again!

I went to this shop because they supposed to use mobile1 oil and filter. After oil change I checked the filter and I saw that it was installed a cheap unquality filter instead of mobile1 filter. I bought mobile oil to change the oil on my own and I figured that they stripped the bolt. I went back to this shop and ask them put the oil I bought for my car and they refused to do that even though I was agreed to pay the full price.

Had a stripped oil pan bolt, called around to a few places that wouldn't even touch it. This place had me in and out with in a reasonable time with a fresh oil change! Customer service was A1!
