This my second time here and was very please with the young lady. She got my vote and her co- worker with her. But the old man customer service stinks not nice at all. Problem needs to retired. But other wise I had a good experience. Thank you guys for the brakes. Will be back

Went for an oil change. I was pleasantly greeted and they had me in and out. Great service and they actually topped off my washer fluid and washed my windows and vacuumed inside. I didn't expect that. Hardly any shops do this type of service anymore. They even changed out my drain plug for me which I stripped trying to take it off. Thanks guys! I'll definitely be back. They do inspections and other work there as well. So convenient.

Went here for a couple years, great for general maintenance. Anything more involved, I'd be cautious. I wish I had the same experience as others but botched diagnosis' that leads to more expenses for the customer is bad business practice. The job was done well, it just wasn't what needed to be done. Nice people, and they seem helpful and honest. Maybe it was just a mistake, but no accountability was taken for it. Maybe get for a second opinion before committing to something they suggest. Be safe!

I’ve been going here for years and never had an issue. My last two oil changes I’ve had from here they first broke my oil panel shield by pushing it too far back into my fan. They admitted to the mishap fixed it (so I thought) I go to the dealership I learn that my panel is not missing. Contact them and they blamed me for breaking it and they removed it without my knowledge. They were so rude and nasty I will NEVER BE RETURNING HERE AGAIN!

Just had the upper and lower ball joints both sides installed in my 2008 jeep wrangler .Joe and his mechanic did an excellent job .this wasn't no easy job considering the 2008 wrangler has a solid axle which needed too be removed .the job was done in a timely manner .the undercarriage of my jeep was exceptionally clean which goes too show the care taken doing this greasy hard job.what a difference not having play in the steering wheel...💯 percent satisfaction like always at Joe's mobil 1 Frankford Ave

Absolutely amazing service, amazing skill, and amazing people over all. They blessed me with everything I needed. They went above and beyond. I went to several mechanics for my issue to try and solve and no one was able to help. They took their time and made sure to work through and solve it. John and Vanessa were absolutely great and incredible super patient and understanding not to mention intelligent. Not to mention they gave me thorough updates throughout the service and too extremely delicate care of my car. Thank you so much for everything. There aren’t enough words in the English language to explain how grateful I am.

Had to wait almost a hour to get an oil change . They were honest and told me that I still had 2,000 miles until my synthetic noil had to be changed but wanted it done because going on a trip. Had the oil changed there 10 months ago. Only had 2 people working there but usually have 3 or 4 workers.
