Always very nice! My boyfriend and I go here for our oil change every time and they do the job very quickly. If they see my car needs air in my tires or if my car needs any other service soon they will let me know without pressuring me to do right away which I appreciate.

I had recently bought a used vehicle from an employee here. He told me it was all fixed and that the car had no issues and that it was as good as new. He even said that he had worked on the car himself before deciding to sell it. Well, 2-3 months go by and the car’s transmission completely goes out on me while on I-95. I had it parked where I live and that is where the original owner who owned the car before saw it and came to me. He informed me that he sold the car for way less than what we had bought it for because the transmission was already an issue beforehand. He showed us pictures and documents that proved the car was indeed his before. We had been scammed. While this business does not focus on buying and selling cars, I do inform that anyone who does come here please be cautious when you enter this building and make business with their employees. Behavior like this is unacceptable.

Charged $16 to replace an oil drain plug, which is only a $2 bolt. They charged it on the invoice as a “Misc charge” On top of that they left my car a mess when they changed the oil. Avoid these scammers you can’t trust them with your car.

I took my car for a routine oil change and I left with the oil leaking (I’ve never had issues with leaks of any kind prior to this) and the engine splash shield hanging off the bottom of my car and scraping against the road. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!

I took my car in around ten days ago for a A/C recharge and also oil change and tire rotation. The experience was great for me. The job was done in a timely manner and it didn't feel rushed. In addition to the oil change, I also had my tires rotated and the air conditioner recharged. There are coupons available on their website, and they honored them for both the labor and for the oil change. The staff were courteous and professional.

When I pulled up to the bay the rep advised one price of $125 for a full synthetic oil change. Then to my surprise the bill is almost $150 including a $9 online coupon. The gentleman checking me out confirmed with the first rep that I was given the lower price when I arrived however still wouldn’t honor the price quoted even after he advised the first rep about properly communicating that it’s $125 before any additional quarts of oil. Please make sure you verify the price for your particular car before they start the work as they do not do this apparantly unless you ask. I gave them a chance to show good faith and customer service and they failed. I will not return to this location due to their shady bait and switch practices.

Have had service in the past with positive results. Had oil change the other day and feel I was overcharged. Talked w/ manager, no help, told him i would not be back, he said he didn't care. Guess they don't need repeat business.

I am done with this place completely. Be aware of the lack of skill these mechanics have. Today, 16 Jan 2022 they were going to change my oil on my Q50 Red Sport and they somehow messed my oil pan. A 20 minute oil change just turned into I have to wait for the oil pan to come in and why would I trust you to fix it if you just messed up this one, just changing oil!!!! I also now have to leave my car at a quick oil change place, because they can't get the part today. Also my Fiance brought her Audi and they stripped the oil filter and we had oil spill all over our and my parents driveway. Had to bring it back in. Imagine if it destroyed or ceased her engine. This will be the last time and you should stay far away before you have major issues with your car. Update: The owner got into contact with me after my review and fixed the issue. Originally, I would of had to wait for the next day, but they were able to get the part and fix my oil pan. Though, it was a big inconvenience because I needed to pick my son up, they were atleast able to fix it same day. I bumped the review up one star, due to the owner owning up and working diligently to rectify the situation.

My vehicles has been serviced here MANY times. Work professionally done, no returns for repairs done, personnel is respectable and professional. Costs are reasonable. If I had occurred any problems with this business, I would not have returned there MANY times. I was not disappointed.

Cheated out of use of their coupon. Said my payment already went through. Okay credit back the coupon rate, right. Nope can’t do that. Okay cancel transaction and start over. Nope they said they can’t. What company can’t credit or reverse a transaction!?! Scamming people is what I think is happening. This was after I was told I needed windshield wiper blades then came back and said sorry it was break pads. Which is it? Car only has 14000 miles and 2 yrs old. Not driven that often. I would not recommend this place unless you want to get swindled.

Friendly, no frills place. Unlike other oil change places in the area, they do not try to sell you "wallet drainer" services. If there is something really worn down or broke, they will show you and leave it up to you rather to get it taken care of elsewhere. Highly recommended if you want an oil change at a reasonable price without technicians and managers hawking unnecessary services. Been a customer there for years.

This place changed the oil on my impreza a few months ago. Today, I went to change the oil in my car and found that whoever put my drain plug back in did so with an impact wrench. They completely and utterly stripped the nut. Now I get to order a new drain plug, then figure out how to extract the old one. Thanks for that, fellas.
