Asked for diagnostic for my car. Said they can’t help me with that. I mentioned my fob, said they can’t help with that. What the heck do they do? Will never call again

Confirmed that they could come in a timely manner and had the parts necessary to repair my vehicles! I was 4 hour from home and they got me back on the road in a matter of hours. Very professional as they checked other important systems to make sure I was running in optimal shape! Great job!!!

Called for a quote and she asked my for my zip code which is a San Antonio zip. She said okay we don't service that area... I'm like okay that's fine I can drive to an area that you do service I don't mind. "She says we are a mobile mechanic". I'm like i know that what are you talking about. Just saying I'm literally willing to drive to a different area in San antonio to be serviced and she just couldn't understand what I was trying to tell her. She didn't really care either. Least friendly person to have on the phones. She could not care less about your customers.
