Hands down without question Shilo is the best mobile mechanic in Vegas. My opinion counts and here's why..... I have a 2011 GMC Sierra that had electrical issues that according to numerous techs and mechanics was dead-in-the-water. I heard everything from "it was not repairable" to "the cost significantly outweighs the gains". One call to Mobile Automotive Solutions and finally all my electrical components are working properly for the first time in 3 years. The truck is running great and at a great price. Shilo provided an exceptional experience. Finding a good mechanic can be really difficult especially as someone who knows nothing about cars, but he was upfront, honest and helped me learn a lot about what was going on with my vehicle. The convenience of a mobile service is a huge plus as well. I will be using their services in the future and will be recommending to everyone.

Came out to help me with my car despite it being end of his typical day. I needed help getting some ball joints out that had been giving me trouble all day. He came out and had them out within 10 minutes. Helped me get my new control arm installed as well! Very reasonably priced and very knowledgeable and friendly. Other mechanics were quoting $300 for this job and he did it for 1/3 of that. Would recommend and will be using his services in the future!

Great service. Shilo is fair and honest and has great communication. He's saved us a bunch over our prior shops and prices we were quoted, plus the convenience of having him come to our house is a lot nicer than dropping our vehicles off.

During the appointment Shilo did a thorough inspection on all my concerns and was able to properly diagnose my cars issues. A couple of my friends use Shilo and recommended him to me. I have used him twice now. He was out working on my wife's car and explained in detail my options for repairs. He showed up right on time. He was very thorough and he gave honest advice. In the end the price was great and he stands behind his work. I had him back out today to work on my car and I again received the same great service. I bought a car at auction that needed some work. He was very upfront about being a Volkswagen owner; I usually lean on honda or Toyota. He gave me great service and also advice on what I will encounter with a car that has so much computer components. I really appreciated his direct advice and didn't feel like I was asking dumb questions.

He is very honest, knowledgeable and kind with his answers to my many questions... he doesn't make me feel like my questions are dumb, and takes the time to make sure I understand what the issue is and how he will fix them. Every person I have recommend him to has also been very plessed with the sercice(s) he has provided them as well.

Shilo has worked on my vehicles for years, I keep coming back to him because not only is he knowledgeable, courteous and convenient, but most importantly he is honest. He will explain what is wrong with your car and how to fix it, he won’t jack up the prices or tell you that you need more work done then is necessary. He is nothing like the auto shops that nickel & dime you and make unnecessary repair. I highly recommend using Shilo for your vehicle repairs. I refer him to all my friends and family!

Simply amazing! Very thorough, organized, respectful and punctual. I had questions and he took the time to let me what was going on and possible reasons why. As a women going into any type of auto repair place is tricky because everyone always treats us like we are dumb. Shilo does not, he was so kind and respectful and never once made me feel like I was just a dumb woman. He was able to fix the issues I had with my vehicle in a timely manner and for a reasonable price. Highly recommend!
