BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!! If I could give them 0 stars thats what I would rate them. I was driving back home to New Mexico on the I-10 when my truck broke down. I contacted my insurance company to activate my roadside insurance, and they got in contact with Mobile Maintenance and Towing (2014 W. Gardner Ln in Tucson, AZ) at 10:30 AM. I received confirmation that they would arrive between 60 to 90 minutes. When the 90 minutes arrived, I called the company and asked for an ETA, they stated their driver was taking another car and would be on the way. I received a text that the company would be another 90 minutes. I called an hour later and they claimed the driver was dropping off the previous vehicle and would be on their way within 30 minutes. I advised I would leave the keys and was going to eat. I called an hour later and they claimed they still had not picked up the truck but would be sending a driver soon. This was 5 hours of unnecessary waiting. In addition to this, I had my wife, sister in law, and a toddler as well. My insurance called another company (Catalina Towing) and they showed up within an hour. I would definitely not recommend Mobile Maintenance and Towing!!!

Can I call a tow truck to tow their tow truck? Business owner is pakred at a no parking zone for days at a time. I would never do business with someone who does not respect the law.

Fast service and excellent customer care. I want to thank Shawn (I hope I spelled his name right) very much for his excellent services. He took care of our truck like it was his. We haven’t had this kind of customer services in quite some time.

I arranged a tow from my Life360 app. Got a quick response from Mobile Maintenance. Arrived on time. The driver was friendly and helpful. He gave me a short lift home. Great service. I would recommend them.

I cannot say enough about how well MM&T handled my needs! I was out of state and needed some containers moved off of one of my properties to another. They arranged everything and the whole thing went seamlessly. I, especially, want to thank Saun, the driver, for his professionalism, skill and communications during the moves. It's nice to find a professional and RELIABLE operation!

TAZ! What an asset to this company. My daughter goes to U of A. Her mother and I are in Virginia and cannot be there for her. We called for roadside assistance through the insurance company. Taz showed up. What a blessing. He made her feel so comfortable and usually she’s a little anxious about things like this because she’s there by herself. I actually couldn’t believe the peace on her face when we were FaceTiming. All I can say is Taz feels like family now after just a few minutes of him helping us out. We have actually found a little peace knowing that he is close by. Thank you so much TAZ!

Taz and Brian at MMT got it done and did it right - awesome service; honest and professional. Caught a flat tire on my motorcycle. Insurance/Roadside assistance told me it’d be a two hour pickup. Taz reached out directly, confirmed the pickup and gave me a more realistic timeline. That honesty allowed me to find the hotel and call the Uber secure with the knowledge that these guys had me covered. He and Brian called me when they picked up the bike, reconfirmed the drop off location, drove to it and, when he discovered he couldn’t drop off at that location, he delivered the bike to me. His professionalism gave me a huge amount of relief during a chaotic experience. These guys were rad and I’m glad they caught my call.

My Son Wayne Smith in the Army called our USAA insurance Co for a tow. THE first tow truck Towson decided he didn't want mess with backing car into driveway maybe 100 ft from car. So my son called insurance again after Towson was to referral over another Co but never did. So your Co came out and TAZ was way out of his way to make sure car was in driveway. Taz took his time and was a smart thinker on what to do with a wheel off car and ball joints broke. This man was so polite and even gave an old lady a hug. He deserves a raise for the passion he puts into his work. Thank You Lisa Smith and Son Wayne

I had a vehicle emergency, went through my insurance roadside assistance, I received a call from Taz, almost immediately. Taz was at my vehicle in less than 35 min....AMAZING! He was exceptionally helpful and I truly appreciate how quickly he got to me to tow my vehicle. He was extremely helpful and certainly calmed my anxiety. Taz called me after dropping my vehicle, I have never had that done before. If you have the opportunity to request Taz, I would certainly recommend you do so.

My son had an accident on the way home from work at night, he fell asleep and rolled the car on its side. This is pretty far out in Avra Valley. Taz was there within 30 minutes! Considering everything that had happened and the fact that it was about 1 am, both me and my son were exhausted. First thing he asked was if he was okay. Not only did he work very quickly to get the car to my house, he made us feel better. He has an amazing personality and had us cracking up. Definitely something we both needed. Thank you Taz for making a really bad night into a better one. Highly recommended!!

my car completely shut down just off the i-10 & València exit. The driver (Taz) was on site within the hour of my call to request the towing. Taz was incredibly friendly, informative, worked very quickly, and most importantly made me feel very comfortable in the handling of my vehicle during the time of an unexpected emergency. I would definitely use their services again, and ask for Taz to be the one providing the service.
