So I have a bunch of responsibilities with my vehicle including kids and elderly that I take care of and I googled & called many places and Gary answer the call and he said he can come the next day, he worked with me and he had an opening for 7:00 that evening so on the same day he came out and put that alternator on in the freezing snow in a little over 30 minutes! The hard part was getting the part off! I almost missed him putting it back on that's how fast it went! I gave him his new name Superman 🦸🏽‍♂️🏆 and he's very reasonable as well. I have him starred on my contacts 👍🏽👍🏽

My daughter's car battery died in the parking lot of her dorm in Chicago. The dealer wanted her to tow it in, but that wasn't an option. I found Gary via google search and after reading the reviews decided to reach out to him. He was very flexible with scheduling and the cost was reasonable. He showed up on time and got the battery replaced quickly. Not being from the area, it was a relief to find a mechanic that was easy to work with and honest especially when I couldn't be there to help my daughter. Will definitely call him again if any repair needs come up.

It's really hard to find mechanics sometimes that respect women so it's always a gamble if I'm working on something myself if I can find somebody who will help me out when I need it. Gary was really helpful! I had gotten 90% of the way through a door latch problem but I got stuck and I didn't know what to do next. He had very good suggestions. He showed me what to try next and was willing to do the research to figure out the next steps if I needed him to take on the job himself. 5 Star human being!!

I don't want to leave a bad review, but it's frustrating to not hear back after contacting them multiple times. I followed instructions to have an appointment set up, sent photos, confirmed the quoted price, and heard nothing back after follow-up text messages. Just say you are busy instead of ignoring people.

We were on our way home from Northern Illinois to New Paris, Ohio and broke down in Wheeling, Illinois and were at a loss on what to do because we didn't have the proper tools to fix the serpentine belt on my car and had been stuck for 4 hours. After multiple failed attempts to get a roadside mechanic, we called Mobile Mechanic Auto Services and he said give him 40 minutes and he'd be there. 35 minutes later he showed up and helped us get back on the road in no time. We would have been stranded 7 hours from home if it wasn't for this guy. Me and my boyfriend highly recommend him if you get into a situation with your vehicle and need assistance with getting mobile. Nice as can be and knows his stuff. Thank you so much again, you truly saved us.

The man is simply goated. Had my car standing for a month. Called him for a diagnostic. Found out it was my fuel pump. Up and running same day!

Amazing service and pricing! Came out and drove 30 min to help me out, both early in the morning and when another issue occurred late at night he was there in minutes. Did not charge me for the second visit and was super helpful. Only charged me a total diagnostic amount and included everything in the rest. Good communication and also followed up if things were going well. Great service, would definitely use any time I have another issue!

Be very careful in having these guys try to fix your car. They are mobile and have no office. They will take your money and block your number. Gary came to do my brakes but when he arrived told me my brakes were fine, charged me $60 for coming out. The next day I was told by a senior mechanic that the noise coming from my car was definitely the brakes. I called their number and found out I was blocked. Take your car to people that have a shop and trust will get the job done, even if they charge a little extra or have to wait longer. Oh and this place is definitely not 24 hours.

Being I was stranded and had to leave my car and go back to work . Gary got the part I needed and drove to where my car was (it was in the middle of the night ) . Fixed the problem and also suggested another fix I will need in the future . God bless you Gary for going beyond 🙏

Called yesterday morning (8/1/23) to see about scheduling a repair at my warehouse for my truck. Was told to send my location and that he would get back to me with a time about sending a technician out to work on the repair. I reached out multiple times via text, per what I was instructed to do and never got a response back. I would strongly suggest changing your business hours if you don’t want to receive phone calls at 7AM from a potential client. Today is 8/2/23 and I’ve yet to get a response back from my original inquiry.

Check engine light was on and brakes were grinding. Gary was able to save my calipers and fix the light with a simple process on his scan tool. Very cool guy and honest. Will trust him with all my car needs from now on. Thanks you!

Gary came quickly within 40 minutes he bled the lines for me and adjusted the rear brakes for 120$ he did a great job because I bled the brakes and I still had no brakes but he bled them and it fixed the issue.

Had car not start when trying to leave Ohare airport. 3 hours from home. Early Sunday am. Tried jumping and testing battery. Turned out to be starter seized. He came out to airport, diagnosed, went and got new part and came back and changed out. Saved us time and most likely money on tow and finding mechanic to drop off at thats open on a Sunday and actually able to work on car. Thank you for getting us back on road quicker than we expected!

My husband call this mobile mechanic. Garry came to our house to replace the battery cable. He fixed it. Turns out it wasn't just the cable.needed to replace the alternator. He recharged the battery went to auto zone & he repaired it in the auto zone parking lot .We thank him so much because. Great mobile mechanic 5 🌟

my breaks weren’t working and i needed to drive a long distance late at night and nothing was open so i called him and he came to the rescue and got everything done for me right away. so satisfied with this experience, literally an angel sent i don’t know what i would have done without him!!!
