Had a mechanic out to replace my cam position sensor that i jus purchased that day from nissan! charged me $200 truck didnt start after it was replaced he then went on to tell me bullcrap that my timing was off and that my motor needed to be replaced.... I know what a blown motor sounds like, he also says my truck was back firing while starting which it wasn't! end of the day all he had to do is double check his work cause he didn't push the sensor in all the way or tighten the bolt that holds it in all the way! i gave 2 stars cause they showed up and came same day. he also recommended places that would do a engine swap lol. if they act like this was fake like i see alot on there reviews ill go a step further!

My van driver side window regulator went down i paid for the service upfront $250 Friday night he came and it got pretty dark so tony said he would come tomorrow 3 days later I'm still waiting Monday he said he would come and 5 hrs later he keeps people my calls to voicemail horrible and unprofessional would never recommend definitely will be taking legal action for my money. Tony left my car for 3 days almost 4 now not able to latch because he didn't put that back on anf the window down

I had a terrible experience with this mobile mechanic. I contacted them to change the alternator on my truck, and the price they quoted was outrageous! It felt completely unprofessional to charge so much for what should be a simple job. Not only was the cost way higher than expected, but the lack of transparency and communication made the whole situation worse. I would not recommend this service to anyone looking for honest and fair pricing. Save your time and money and look elsewhere!

One of our DogsPoopWeScoop vehicles broke down. Needed a starter. They are definitely the fastest mobile service I have ever used. Not sure if they want me to tell the world this but they also let us use their discount code to save money on the part and picked the part up for us. And they took the time with me on the phone to call two locations to get a parts quote. We will definitely use Tony again!!

They can't work on vehicles without messing stuff up they messed up my husband's truck it's now broke down and needs the motor rebuilt all because of these people DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE THEY SHOULD BE SUED!!!!!!!

Very unprofessional team, mechanic had 0 knowledge about the job he was supposed to do, prices were ridicolous.. I hope u will see this review before calling them if so save yourself from this company

On Friday September 13th, 2024 I called mobile mechanic king to come fix my truck. After waiting five hours for my payment to go through. I finally decided to get my car home then have them fix it there. After waiting 24 hours I called to get an update was put on hold for longer than 10 minutes. Hung up and called back the guy said that he was on the phone with the bank and verified it had gone through and said they would be out on Saturday September 14th, 2024. Then they call and say it’s something on their end because they hadn’t received the payment even though they had been taken out of my account. Then 48 hours later I tried calling and texting and got no answer. On the 72 hour mark I called and they kept saying yeah we got your part we will be out today at 2pm. Called at 230 everyone kept putting me on hold for almost 45 minutes. Then at 316 someone was like yeah we got the part the guy is in verdigres and you will definitely be taken care of today. The guy on the phone kept giving excuses about being short on staff and it’s a process. These guys will use every excuse not to help you. Do not use them. Have to report to the better business bureau and had to go to my bank and have them reverse charges. All they had to say was no from the beginning instead of giving excuse after excuse. I was more than fair and gave them 80 hours of waiting that I won’t get back.

They came out after hours last weekend to replace my car battery. The mechanic charged my husband $150 and incorrectly installed my car battery by not connecting the wire that keeps the battery charged. As a result I broke down on the side of the highway the very next day. I do not recommend using this company at all. They did not do their job well. It is completely unethical to charge someone to replace their car battery and end the service while knowing it was not done properly. Do NOT use this mobile mechanic. The picture in my review was taken by my dealership after I had to have it towed there to have it fixed properly. The mobile mechanic refused to give me a refund for not properly or correctly providing their service. They also failed to provide a receipt for the service. 0 out of 5 stars. This is NOT a fake review. I am not a competitor - I was a paying customer and they will never be recommended by me. They did NOT pull out their phone / social media accounts to document the service on my vehicle - I know that for a fact because I was present during the entire service. Unfortunately this company will use people especially if you don’t have knowledge to know the work they did was done incorrectly.

Unprofessional, sloppy, does not communicate. Car still does not run . Supposed to be a routine job, should have read the reviews first. Mad cause i had to take it into a shop to finish the job and other other things that were not done right. Spent 2000+ to still have it in a shop.

They were able to replace the cradle bushings and serpentine belt for a low price. Tony was nice and communicative. They also came to my job to look at my car. Great service!!!

Called on Sunday afternoon, and they came out and replaced an alternator that night. Tony is friendly and knowledgeable. It was also less expensive than I was expecting. Would definitely call them again

First couple of times I used them, they were great. Since then, we have had multiple times that we have been scheduled to have someone show up and they don't show up, or even give a courtesy call. They replaced our ac compressor last time and since then, the vehicle is making weird noises and the vehicle has started humming, and these symptoms did not start until the day of the work. F.y.i. the answer to this review was edited, buy let me go ahead and post a screen grab of what the owners answer was.

Hello my name is Nancy Dye I was stranded outside of QT for 3 and a half hours . I was extremely blessed This man walked over and asked if I needed help . I was praying , I didn't really know what to do. Than I explained to this man I am stranded , he said he was a mechanic . He than shows me his shirt I had never heard of this mobile mechanic King than a second man walks up and he also works for mobile mechanic King .Iam blessed so thankful that they showed up .I was in shock . They just pulled in to QT at 5111 South Lewis Tulsa Oklahoma , I am so thankful ful they got my car straightened out. Thank you Thank you !!! I got overcharged. I asked them to replace the wheel bearing but when he showed up and inspected he told me he couldn’t do it because it was seized. He ended up charging me 200$ to replace studs one of the easiest things you could do they are overpriced and will try to sell you on everything. He used a hammer to hammer the studs out and then and impact to put them back in something you can do with a wrench and a hammer, absolutely overpriced. Also I found out today they weren’t seized. I got them loose with a breaker bar. Don’t let them tell you what’s good for you do your own research first.

We called them out for a broke ball joint on our work van we told them the make and model they come out and leave after he sees he didn't have a press he knew he needed they then ask us to send them 500 via cash app we send it they don't answer for hours after that all they kept saying was were on the way they kept ignoring our calls I had to call from my wife's phone and demand our money back don't use the unprofessional mechanic there just looking for a quick buck they take no pride in the business and they are scammers

waited hours and i even scheduled a week ahead of time for someone to give me a hard time and lack of communication after calling hours and hours on end to figure out when they were going to be arriving to fix my vehicle…. if you want a lousy attitude and lack of commitment and communication I would not definitely recommend
