Helped me in a pinch on late Friday evening, immediately picking up my call and driving me back to my stranded vehicle. Car brokedown right as I pulled into parking at qfc Friday evening after work. Cooper diagnosed the issue to a faulty distributor cap and rotor, went to the part store and replaced it immediately. But my vehicle wouldn't still start. We discussed the electricals a little bit and turned out issue was actually a broken ignition coil. But it was already past 8 and the parts store would be closing soon. He was kind enough to oblige my request and went again to get a new coil, replaced the same immediately and I was able to drive back home a little bit after 9. While it is still a bit too early for me to judge the repair I sincerely appreciate the prompt service received and wholeheartedly recommend Cooper for your next auto repair.

This nice fellow by the name Cooper came to help me find out why my truck wouldn't start, and when the fickle thing suddenly came to life, he still tried to help me find out the source of the problem. Finding nothing else, he helped me clean my sparkplugs and didn't charge me anything. It hasn't had the problem since! My hero!

Todd is the absolute best! He was patient and thorough! He met me in Vancouver even though he is based in the Beaverton area and he was quick about fixing my car and communicated well with me! I thought it was the whole starter that needed to be replaced but it was just the relay so he even saved me money and didn’t try to rob me like a lot of other mechanics do! So if you need a trustworthy mechanic who will get the job done in a quick and professional manner, go to Todd!

6:30 PM car started missing. I managed to get it off the freeway and parked in a parking lot. Called Todd, he said he would be there in 30 minutes. During the wait I imagined getting towed if I had to leave the car over night, vandalism etc. Todd got there in at 7PM diagnosed the problem and I was moving down the road at 7:30 PM. He recommended some work that needed to be done and now that the car is in a safe location it will get handled on Monday. Todd is my only mechanic and this experience is the reason why. Thanks Todd. A+ service. I was working in Portland from out of town and had an issue with my brakes. I called and he had a backlog so he couldn't come out. But he was took the time to diagnose the problem over the phone and recommend an easy solution which I tried and it worked. He even recommended a competitor of his, just in case there was something more than the problem I was having so I could get it done asap and get working again. Clearly he had a backlog for a reason. Great mechanic, great guy. If I lived in town I'd bring my car to him any time I need work done. 👍

Drove 5 hours to look at a car to buy in Portland and the owner had told me everything was good except needing a new water pump. I had Todd meet me at the sellers place to do a vehicle inspection and Todd saved me from making a huge mistake in buying that car. His knowledge coupled with all the right tools got to the bottom of what was wrong with the car. It would have needed a complete engine overhaul for around $5000. I can't thank him enough. I was confidently able to walk away from the sale knowing that this was NOT the car for me. Aside from being a great mechanic he was also a really easy going and nice guy. Thanks Todd! you saved me from a major headache.

I thought my 98 Ford Explorer was on it's last leg but after Todd was done, everything is running great! Its great to have confidence in your vehicle when traveling around the wonderful PNW. He gave me honest advice on what to (or not to) worry about fixing which is incredibly valuable by itself. Fast, personable, and knowledgeable!

Todd came out to help me w my truck that I couldn’t get started. I was able to get it started before he arrived the next day and he didn’t charge me for the visit. He was able to tell me what was going on and will be able to replace the part .

Had an appointment with a different company yesterday and they didn't show called him this morning and he was willing to fit me in for this late afternoon so that we could find out what was going on with the car. He is great and I plan on making him my go to guy when we have car issues.

I finally found a mechanic I will save to my phone contacts. Todd answered my call at 8 PM, and we set up an appt for the morning. He met me at my car (left in strip mall parking lot) on time and within a few hours the car was up and running. I would recommend Todd to anyone needing a mechanic, especially a mobile one. Todd is one of most knowledgeable and honest mechanics you'll ever meet. After working on my dad's truck (which drives lovely now) and diagnosing my car, we have complete satisfaction with all the work he's done and wouldn't hesitate in recommending him to anyone. He is also very reasonable with his pricing, do not go to the dealership and throw away money like we did before we found Todd. 10/10 service

Todd is one of the best and cheapest mechanic you can find in Portland. He’s simple, nice, professional and fast. My clutch pedal lost pressure and I called him. I was worried how expensive it was going to cost me. He quickly found the issue. It was just air bubbles in the break fluid. He just bled those bubbles out of the fluid and that’s it. It was fast and he explained me how that happened. It could have costed me $500( including diagnostics, labor and manual transmission fluid) - $1500( changing the clutch) if I brought if I’ve brought it the one’s mechanic shop. Instead I just paid $100. Thanks Todd

Todd is smart, efficient and hungry for answers. He's one of the most clever mechanics I've worked with, and he has really reasonable rates for someone who came to me when my car wasn't running. Even though Todd wasn't able to work on my car within the timeframe I needed it fixed (I'm on a time crunch to move and need my car), he did make the time to call me back and talk to me at length about the issue I was having & offered exceptional advice and was outstandingly friendly. He has extremely fair rates, and is clearly very knowledgeable about his craft. I would highly recommend giving this man a call, he simply won't let you down. If ever you need mechanical work done on your car, look no further than Mobile Mechanic PDX. I recently had the alternator in my wifes car go out. Of course it happened at 7pm when no local garages or dealerships were open so I jumped on Google to see what i could find and up came Todd's information. I placed a call to Todd at 737pm and he picked up on the second ring. I was blown away. His hours of operation say 24 hours and they literally are 24 hours!!! Todd was Extremely personable, easy to talk to and very willing to help. He offered to pick up the part (which he got at cost and passed the savings on to me) and be at my house at 6am to install the new alternator so i could get to my 8am meeting on time. again, I was blown away by his great attitude and customer service. True to his word Todd showed up right at 6am and got to work! 1.5 hrs later I had a new alternator and was on my way to my meeting.The best part about it all, the parts and labor were at a FRACTION of the price of what the dealership quoted me. I cant thank you enough Todd for the great service and helping get my car back on the road quickly and safely. Mobile Mechanic PDX is now my go to for any vehicle repairs needed no matter how big or small!! Cheers Mate for the great care and service!!

Todd did a fantastic job repairing my front brakes on my Kia. Before I even booked the appointment, a quote was sent in to get them repaired that was much more affordable than what the dealership wanted. Todd came to my office, let me know what he was going to do, how long it was expected to take and texted me when he was done! The brakes are perfect! He even replaced the springs and other hardware that had worn out. I’ll definitely be using Todd on my other vehicles too! A+ service, definitely will recommend him to everyone I know.

Todd is fantastic!! My alternator went out last night after normal business hours and I was so freaked out. I found Todd on google and, forgetting how late it was, called him around 9:30 pm (sorry Todd!) but he answered immediately and was so friendly and helpful. He gave me a rough estimate over the phone and made an appointment to come over and fix it the next day. I was blown away by his great customer service. He was really flexible regarding a particular need I had, and he kept me in the loop for the entire process, even checking in with me before he bought the part to make sure it was what I needed. He showed up today right on time and even with all the tricky quirks of my very old car, he had it repaired fast and I was back on the road within a couple hours. I felt my car was in great hands with him. His prices are more than fair and he was so accommodating every step of the way, making an otherwise anxiety-inducing experience into an easy, stress-free time. Thanks so much Todd, you're a lifesaver!

Todd was fantastic. The service was easy to use and he was very knowledgeable. He even ran and got me a battery when we found out that that was the problem.
