The mechanic who came out was really knowledgeable about older cars and figured out the ignition problem quickly. He fixed it right in my driveway and even explained what he was doing as he worked, which was super helpful. He did a great job, charged a fair price, and made everything super convenient. I had the pleasure of using Mobile Mechanic Pros Fresno for a brake repair on my 2017 Mazda CX-5, and I have to say, it was an amazing experience My brakes were making a terrible screeching noise, and I was dreading the idea of spending my Saturday at the repair shop. A friend mentioned this mechanic company, so I decided to give them a try. Best decision ever The mechanitime and was super friendly and professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem—worn-out brake pads—and got to work immediately. What really impressed me was how efficient and knowledgeable he was. Jake had all the tools and parts he needed right there in his van, and he even showed me the old brake pads and explained why they needed replacing. In no time, my brakes were fixed, and I didn't even have to leave my driveway The whole process was so smooth and stress-free. I can't recommend Mobile Mechanic Pros Fresno enough. First interaction was great. Oil change was fine. Then scheduled them to come out again for a few things at 9am today, he confirmed at 7:30 last night. I text him at 8:00am this morning saying if available he can come earlier - no response back. Text again at 9:30 after nobody showed up at 9am, with no response. Sent another text to his different number at 9:50 no response. Not sure why you’d confirm via text the night before, then blow off the appointment the next day. Pretty unprofessional and rude. My time is valuable as well.

Gave Dustin “Badasci Mobile Auto Repair”a call and he was able to come out within the hour to diagnose the problem and figure out what my car needed. Super fast service, helpful, and he gave me a discount on parts. It was a pleasure doing business with him. I highly recommend working with him if you’re ever in trouble out on the road 10/10

I give these guys a fail three times they told me they would show up never showed up I would not I recommend them to any one I know to because I fell if they did better and do what they say my experience might have been better

We unfortunately didn’t have a good experience. Dustin said he was getting the part for the car and was going to come to and fix it. We never heard a word from him after that.
