If you value your time call someone else, because they do not value yours, and will not communicate with you at all. I ended up waiting for hours in the cold after being told to text my address and they will be on the way. After 1.5 hours of not responding to my texts, phone calls, or voice mails I randomly received a text staying "Aiden is there" and nothing else. I tried texting and calling to figure out where exactly they were at, but again radio silence and back to just waiting in the cold for no one to show up. I probably called more than 5 times over the course of the 5 hours I had been waiting and did not hear back a single time. If you had no intentions of offering your services after agreeing to come out, the bare minimum you could have done was simply say that so I wasn't out waiting in freezing weather and I could have tried to arrange for a different mechanic to come help me. This is just common decency that you would expect others to offer you if you were in the same situation.

James was awesome. I contacted them about my grandsons Jeep repair and he was out to our house promptly and had the vehicle up and running in less than an hour. He was courteous and efficient and their prices were quite competitive. We are very grateful and highly recommend them to anyone needing any kind of repair. Sounds like they can do virtually anything right at your home. We already have plans to do other repairs with them on other matters in the future. Great company and mechanic.

Great person to work with good with information about your vehicle while working on it real professional when it comes to working on cars I would say a small thing is that knowing he’s busy sometimes he won’t get back to you as soon as possible but he knows what he’s doing best in STL

James came out same day to work on our vehicle. We recently got our vehicle back from a shop and it was rather concerning the timing of the next issue. Mr. Ross was very transparent and talked through the whole process. Very affordable as well as very polite. Would highly recommend using his services!

Horrible service his mechanic took screws out the bottom of my car trying to fix my oil pump and couldn’t get the job done so a few days down the line james comes out halfway fixed the problem and didn’t even put all my screws back where it was supposed to be now I have parts hanging from the bottom of my car even if you really need a mechanic take my advice do not go to him!! He a pathological liar!!

Man were we in a bind on Thursday. Upon checking out of our hotel following a nice little vacation in St. Louis, I found my car's battery was completely dead. The hotel staff attempted to give us a jump start but it wasn't working. Assumed I'd have to have it towed. I had no idea mobile mechanics were even a thing until one of the hotel staff suggested it. James was the only who answered. He came right out to the hotel, assessed the situation, and worked diligently for most of the afternoon to replace the car's alternator on the spot. It was a 14 year old alternator and I guess the battery drain finally killed it. After a couple more jump start attempts the car finally came to life, and I promised I'd write James a glowing review in appreciation for his efforts (and patience with us). We were facing an 8 hour drive home (which we ended up splitting into two days due to the late start) and my partner is diabetic and had to keep her insulin chilled, so it was quite a stressful situation. Anyway, James is a life saver! Can't recommend him enough. Epilogue to the ordeal, if only for James' amusement... The cause of the battery drain, it turns out, was not my headlights being left on overnight but rather my brake lights. Apparently this is a known flaw with certain Hyundai models -- a stupid little $3 plastic part on the brake pedal called a "pedal stopper" (part #32876-3Q100) is known to wear down over time. When it finally fails, which it chose to do for us on Wednesday (see attached photo), the brake lights stay on even when the car is turned off. I had to pull the brake light fuse when we stopped for the night so the battery wouldn't drain again. Figured out a cheap hack to fix it permanently once we got home.
