Nope. Don’t do it. Horrible new owner. Good luck getting any job done on time in shop, but mobile service is even worse. They should re-evaluate their marketing strategy. Edit: I have never worked for the company….and I have had my vehicles serviced. Sorry he must be confused with the other employees he can’t keep.

The staff is knowledgeable and knows how to fix it correctly the first time. I have 22 company vehicles and would never take my vehicles anywhere else. Above and beyond customer service, skilled technicians, and works with me when I am in a pinch. Highly Recommend!

Bunch of shady little con artists. Ask them about what grade oil your vehicle takes and why they only have 5w-20 and 15w-40 next time you're in. Legitimately one of the worst shops I've ever seen as far as in house machines and tools go. Don't trust these guys they are only looking out for themselves and they ain't even doing a very good job at that. They will lie straight to your face and not even blink. Seriously take your vehicle ANYWHERE else. BEWARE!!!!!

🚨 Please don’t take your vehicle or truck here , this is the worst experience I have ever had. They completely lied about all the work they did on my truck , pretty much harassed me over the phone. They also made me feel like I should not trust any shop ever again. $3000 spent with these people & I was forced to pay or they would keep my truck. Jason is the owner & his a completely bad person to deal with. They are scammers , do not trust this place. I will make sure we have this place shut down if they keep doing this to people , we already have a few lawyers working against them. See you in court! Also be careful if you drop your car off with them they’ll start working on it before they tell you a quote !! 🚨

I called via telephone wanting to speak to someone regarding their mobile repair. I was speaking with someone and next, I heard music playing. There was not a “excuse me can you hold on or I will be right back with you.” Then after 22 seconds another man answered. This is really bad customer service.

Poor communication. Over promised, and under delivered. I had to call three times just to figure out what was going on with my vehicle. Once I spoke with the manager he basically said come pick your vehicle up. We don’t want to work on it. Complete waste of time and energy. I would not recommend taking your vehicle to them.

Mobile Techs are excellent, especially in a pinch. Our car was not starting at the apartment and I really didn't want to tow it. Justin (who I believe is the owner) is calm and easy to work with. He was very flexible and got a guy out to our car at a time convenient for us. It was a starter replacement on a Volvo, which we heard Volvos are a complete nightmare under the hood. TJ, our Tech, got it done in an hour. There was some other issue which he took time to troubleshoot with us. Justin gave us additional help on the final bill, and he easily could have said no but valued me as a customer. Mobile Techs also accepts credit cards, which is a plus.

They were great! I had a nail in my tire. They came out the next day (to my house!). Turned out the nail didn't do any damage when they pulled it out so they didn't charge me. Amazing experience and highly recommend this upstanding company!! We will be using them from now on!

Quoted $800 for spark plugs and ignition coil on a Mercedes by another local shop known to be honest & inexpensive. Called these guys and Justin was super nice & helpful. Quoted me $416. Brought it in and they skipped the coil because they said it was fine. Very happy and will return. Thanks guys!
