Was visiting the Bay Area last week with a rental car and on my way to drop the car off got a pair of flat tires at 4th and Harrison St. I managed to get the car to 8th and Harrison and contacted the rental company. I was covered but needed immediate tire repair. There was a street fest on Folsom St and as such I had no alternatives so I contacted Babu at Mobile Tire Service. He managed to arrive within 40 minutes (located in Berkeley) and changed both tires after providing the size over the phone in another 30 mins. Having said that, Babu was efficient, on time, and fair. He provided me with a receipt which was key for me getting a refund via the rental company (Sixt). If I had a single complaint, he needs to be able to accept Credit Card payments, not just cash, Zelle or Venmo. Zelle/Venmo does not work for foreigners and cash, especially if you need more than 1 tire, isn't easy to obtain in a pinch. However, in a short order request, in generally around 1 hour service, I'd recommend this service.
