Ryan did it again. Went in to get my tires balanced after the purchase of new tires. Ryan was thorough, efficient, and priced competitively. He explained what he was doing and is very knowledgeable in his trade. I have no qualms returning to 'Mode Automotive' and recommending Ryan. THANKS Ryan!!

Ryan was his friendly, personable self. He did a routine, diagnostic review of my 14-year-old Honda Odyssey, and then knowing that I did not want to keep the car, Ryan went over the options with me. He explained everything very well as far as the work that would need to be done and the cost of fixing up the car versus selling it to CarMax, Carvana, or to him (Ryan) or donating it. He even told me how I could use the software on CarMax and Carvana websites to find out which place would give me the better price for my car. He’s bright, honest, thorough, and knows cars and the market. I trust him even though he’s told me the story before about his sister-in-law’s car breaking down and how she could use an old car like mine to drive her kids around. This is the second time he thought my old van would be perfect for her!! As long as he’s in business at such a convenient location for me, I’ll take my cars to him.

I was looking for a good Toyota mechanic I could trust after I moved to a new location. I was specifically looking for someone who was well experienced, honest, and wouldn't upcharge me like crazy and after being there multiple times, I think Ryan at Mode Automotive is that guy. Ryan was super chill & friendly while maintaining a professional attitude. I really appreciate Ryan's transparency when it comes to prescribing & suggesting fixes. He's very good at explaining the diagnoses and telling the customer what services are critical, recommended, and are nice-to-haves or could wait. It's definitely a small operation, It honestly looks like it might just be him doing everything at the moment but I don't think that detracts from the quality of service. It just might mean you may not be able to get a same-day appointment. I've been overall very pleased with my experiences at Mode Automotive and I highly recommend trying this shop out.

Came here for the first time a few weeks ago. Had to find a new car repair shop as we just moved from out of state. Really relieved to find this place and that it’s close to our new home. Ryan is very professional, courteous, upfront and honest. He explained to me what’s going on with my car and answered my questions in a kind manner. My rear breaks needed replacing and they diagnosed the issues and replaced everything in the same day. It definitely hurt my wallet, but the prices were fair for the work that was done.

UPDATE, 03/15/24: Ryan, truly appreciate your thoroughness and again honest assessment for the needs of my vehicle. As I promised, came back to get my rear brake service and an oil change. Thank you for giving me your professional and honest diagnosis of the “Maintenance Reqd” indicator. Very relieved it was the regular stuff. And yes, I’ll bring her back when she needs the next check up. *************** 03/11/2023 Courteous, thorough and timely; needed brakes serviced and battery replaced and Ryan was thorough in the inspection and straightforward with the assessment. I truly appreciated the “good, better, best” honesty and recommendation. No extra “necessary work/part” that would have meant added costs. Thank you again for your honesty! You’re my mechanic now.

Ryan is probably the most honest, trustworthy and professional person that we have ever known to work on our cars. He manages your expectations by letting you know what upcoming services will be needed and the estimated cost. This sure helps to avoid "sticker shock" and allows you to budget. We take our cars in for maintenance service thanks to the reminders that he sends. He is very reasonably priced, too.
