The crew at Modern Auto center are the cream of the crop I have taken my vehicles there on more than one occasion and they never fail to impress me with their concern for their customer and the customers needs, I don't use any other shop for my vehicles except Modern Auto Edward and Raul are the best at getting your car fixed quickly dealing with your insurance company so you can get back on the road quickly they are the best, I'm sure you have heard of Five star Hotels and Five Star Restaurants well Modern Auto is the Five Star Body Shop for your Vehicle ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I highly recommend them, Thank you once again Edward and Raul and your team you are truly the Best.........

After my car was struck on the drivers side by a reckless driver, my doors and the majority of the that side of the car were in bad condition, after the car sat for a while it was impounded for lack of movement for more than 72 hours, one call to Modern Auto Center and the car was picked up and repaired in a reasonable amount of time, to make such an unfortunate matter all the better, Raul took care of getting the other drivers insurance to pay out the maximum amount rather than the shockingly low amount they first quoted, unequivocally I’d definitely choose Modern Auto Center if I need auto body work in the future.

All the job was done greatly, slight changes for a finish date, but everything else was very satisfactory. The person with whom I was communicating about all the repairs was very helpful.

Had to get my Cat converter replaced. Ed was so kind. Answered all my calls and communicated with me. Once my parts were in it only took 1 day for him to replace it. Thanks yall so much! So happy to have my car back.

I had a bad experience with my car, the airbag and rearview mirror were stolen, and Allstate recommended one of the best, if not the best, shops to repair my car. Edward K. was very kind and attentive, meeting my expectations and delivery time. 100% recommended.

Great experience! Customer service was top notch, very helpful and understanding. Took my car to get fix after some vandalism to the side mirror. Everything was quick and efficient. Ed and Charles are great! They explain everything thoroughly before doing anything. Totally recommended!

Great customer service and communication every step of the way. They got my SUV fixed very quickly and beat other shops estimates by weeks. They helped me with Allstate and getting a rental through Enterprise. Great overall experience. Would definitely work with them again.

Everything went well with my vehicle, looks brand new as if the crash never happened. They went above and beyond with their service, they kept me updated every week with how my vehicle was doing and the progress they made. After someone had stole my tire and making a claim through insurance I found Modern Auto Center since it was referred to me. All I can say is GREAT things! Since the first call and through the week without my car I was updated every step of the way. They send text messages and calls to ensure you - your process is moving! 10/10 would recommend this body shop. My tire was fixed and to top it off they cleaned my car before giving it back so much appreciated!

Amazing customer service and communication from day one. The entire staff is incredibly friendly, thorough, and responsive. Our car was finished earlier than the date initially promised and was returned to us looking brand new. I would recommend Modern Auto to anyone looking for repair without hesitation.

I wanted to take the time to write that this auto repair shop has exceptional customer service and repair quality. I was involved in an accident which left my car in a pretty bad shape. I also did not have collision coverage from my insurance. After looking at a couple places, with mediocre reviews, it turns out Modern Auto Center had really good reviews, behold the reviews hold true. I cannot stress the level of satisfaction I have from doing business with this place. I was attend by Edward who was very patient and was diligent in explaining each aspect of the repairs need, the cost, helping me out with a preliminary cost estimate for the repairs, advising me on cost saving options. He was very involved in giving assisting me in finding most cost effective option because I had to pay out of pocket. He was very communicative, easy to reach and the repairs were finished much earlier the initially expected time, at a high quality. I will be recommending this place to everyone I know who have auto repair needs and am highly confident in their ability to deliver quality service both technically and from a customer service standpoint.

Modern Auto Center was really reliable in the time I left my vehicle with them for repairs. Communication was spot on and would get text messages on the stages they were in with the repairs. Easy to communicate with and front of office was great to work with as well. Vehicle was returned on target date too with no delays and was looking like new! No issues at all, would recommend!
