Came in Sunday, had front rotors and pads replaced along with the back pads, I could tell something wasn’t right so I called and spoke to the owner Moe. He said if it’s still not right bring back to him and he will fix whatever it is free of charge. Brought it back Tuesday, they said everything was fine, I left went to another mechanic shop and they said my rear wheels were locked up. Brought it back to Moes and they said they had nothing to do with that and told me I had to pay to fix it. Ended up taking it to my father in law who isn’t a mechanic and he fixed the problem in 45 minutes. BAD BUSINESS, terrible customer service. They didn’t even try to fix it, just told me I had to pay more. Il never go to Moe ever again.

I’ve gotten 2 sets of tires and a set of 24’s. It was really hard to find a set of wheels for my SUV. Shivan found me some and made sure I was riding right. Anything I had an issue with he fixed it.

Mod’s just isn’t what it use to be. Went today to have balance and alignment done. They didn’t do the alignment but still charged. I went back to let them know it was the same and get my money back and was being told the alignment couldn’t be done that I would need new tire rods which I had just replaced the day earlier. He kept trying to tell me he would fix it all for $1240 which was unnecessary because it was done. I went over to Kirks Tire and he did the alignment t with no problems. They are definitely shady now and I will NEVER go back and am telling everyone I know to be cautious of their devious tactics!

Went to get an alignment and got my truck back even worse . Took it to franks alignments and they told me moes did a horrible job don’t waste your money on alignments here they will mess it up even more never taking my vehicles again that’s forsure !!!

Went to get my alignment done, and it was horrible by telling you the truck was straighter when it went in then when it came out, went to go try and fix the issue and they guy was steady telling me my steering pump is out, spoke to my mechanic and it’s totally ok, they just want to sell you parts!!!! If your vehicle is lifted don’t go!!!!!!!

Worst place ever. Came to switch three tires, took a very long time. Has 10 guys working there but only one guy actually working. Not too mention expensive.

When I turn it rubs fender wish they would of said it would do that an offer a solution before letting me go. They sent me about my way as if everything would be fine. Going back up there to see if I can get a resolution.
