Oh, Moe's Tire on Euclid, what a gem of an establishment! I've had the pleasure of frequenting this fine establishment for all my vehicular whims and fancies, and I must say, it's always an experience. Under the watchful eye of the manager, Nick, who is as charming as he is efficient, my car receives the royal treatment. Now, I may not be the most savvy when it comes to the intricate workings of my automobile. In fact, my knowledge extends as far as recognizing the color of my car, and even that is sometimes questionable. But fear not, for Nick and his team at Moe's Tire have a knack for putting even the most anxious of car owners at ease. They have this uncanny ability to look at my car and not instantly declare it a disaster zone requiring thousands of dollars in repairs, which is quite the novelty these days, wouldn't you agree? Their precision and speed are remarkable, as if they have a pit crew waiting in the wings. Yet, don't be fooled by their efficiency. There's always time for a friendly chat, perhaps a little banter about the weather or the latest in tire technology—riveting stuff, I assure you. Every visit to Moe's Tire ends with a sigh of relief and a wallet that remains surprisingly intact. It's a place where you can trust in an honest diagnosis and know that any work suggested is genuinely needed. So, I shall continue to bring my vehicles to this delightful establishment, comforted by the knowledge that I'm receiving service that is both top-notch and refreshingly straightforward.

The first time I came here the service was excellent. But we all know that happens to get people to come back . And for good reviews. Here I am the second time and they playing around no one pass on information, I’ve caught them in many lies . The communication is terrible and they don’t pass on the work from one worker to the next. If they do , no one does anything. They lied to me about getting parts for my vehicle and it was to just buy time. They fixed my car but can’t figure out why it won’t start . Mind you I’m paying for this and don’t have the vehicle. It’s been 6 weeks and all I keep getting is ran in circles. No one answer the phone. No one calls with updates , it’s just a mess . I won’t be back and I need to get my car

I took my car to Moe‘s last Saturday. I asked the gentleman in charge if they would have my car fixed by the holiday so I could drive out of town to see my family. He told me yes Monday and Tuesday went by. I asked him on both of those days was he sure that my car would be fixed he said yes Wednesday came and and when I called, he was not there. It was a mechanic who said he hadn’t even looked at my car and I told him that the guy that was in charge told me that it would be fixed. He said he was gonna pull it in that day, and he would let me know by the end of the day, what was going on with the vehicle they never Called me so I called them all day with no response. They quit answering my calls so I borrowed my friends car and drove up there. I explained to the guy in charge that he told me three separate times that my car would be ready by the holiday he said we have looked at your car. I said my car is still the same way it was in the parking spot since I dropped it off. He replied that he was not going to go back-and-forth with me. he said he had ordered sensors for my car and I said Why would you order sensors for my car if you guys haven’t done the full diagnostic and told me what the price is so I can agree for you to do the work? He had no response. He said he just wasn’t gonna go back-and-forth with me and it wasn’t his fault that my car wasn’t fixed. They were all very nasty when I called. I explain to him that I was not trying to argue. I was simply just going off of what he told me and he said well you can have your car towed out of here, so I pay to have my car towed there I also had to have my car towed away from there because they didn’t honor what they said they were going to do. I don’t know if it’s because I’m a woman or if it’s simply that they didn’t care but Mechanic was nasty to me also. The head guy was completely nasty to me and he told me that he wasn’t going to , take up all the time working on my car when he had hundreds of cars in his parking lot he also proceeded to say that they weren’t even sure which route to go with my car because they did look at it and it was so many codes that came up they didn’t know where to start even though the mechanic told me that they didn’t look at my car so they had my car from Saturday until today, which is Friday and my car wasn’t looked at. No one called me to verify what was wrong with it and all of those days, and when I went up there, I went up there very pleasant, and they were still nasty to me, telling me that they weren’t gonna spend all their time working on my car when they didn’t even know where to start , but no diagnostic had been done. when I had explained to him that he told me it would be ready by Thanksgiving and that I was stuck in the house all day because my family is out of town and I did not get to spend Thanksgiving with my family. Me and my son were stuck at home eating pizza and he said well you’re not gonna blame that on me. I said I’m going off of what you told me and he just kept cutting me off. This hurt my feelings because it’s so much money that I’m out of on top of the rude and disrespectful people that work at Moes. So after I agreed to have my car towed away from there, I called them over and over again and they ignored my calls so I had to call them from a different different number to get them to answer to let them know that the tow truck was coming. They completely lost my business and any person that I know that would even attempt to go there. I will definitely steer them somewhere else. More importantly, I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau about this issue. And I would give them zero stars!

this is very sad i was here over (2months) ago went through a 3rd party that they set me up with to get my car fixed but i got the oppsite. they say they fixed my starter hood and gave me 4new tires? where are the tires why cant i open my hood plus my car wont start. ive called but the boos or moe or who ever will not return my calls.` I never told them to put tires on my car. and when i got my car it was nothing new. now they say they did my hood but it wont open? why are you all doing people like this? plus i ask for a receipt never got it. so no dont come here unless all u need is a tire.
