My husband went here today for a tire repair. He was very pleased with the excellent and very efficient service—fix done in 15mins and for a fairly reasonable price! All staff were very friendly, courteous and hardworking. Shop is also very clean. There is a very nice waiting area for customers. Kudos to Jose, Nelson, Sam, Muhammad! Highly recommended 😊💯

Got a flat on a Sunday. Did a search for tire shops open on Sunday and Moe’s Tires had the best reviews. Everyone I encountered was professional and more importantly kind and patient, which is so nice when you’re already having a bad day with an unexpected flat. They were quick to find out what I needed and were able to order my tire on Monday, which came in the same day. I was on my way by Monday late afternoon. Very grateful for the excellent service. They are also experienced with EVs!!

One front tire was losing air causing the car to want to go to one side. I brought it here and within a half hour, I was out with a new tire valve and fresh beading. They didn't find a puncture. It definitely helped as the car was not veering left as much. Probably needs an alignment, too, but I didn't have time for that. They charge $35 for puncture fixes as of 2024. The waiting area has wifi, Roku, games, some books, and really good coffee. There wasn't any creamer but it didn't need it. So good.

So this shop has only one word to award: Amazing. First- sharp service , Second-sharp people who knows what they are doing, exactly, Third Wonderful easy-going atmosphere. My experience: Came for flat tire to change it in five minutes they looking for the tire and this is not repairable and show it for me then offer the four different type of tires from expensive to cheap and recommend me what tire I need to do. It wasn’t expensive. Then do the work. And in 30 minutes, I was Ready to go. Thank you for establish The business like this in San Francisco. Recommended for everybody.

Came in last minute to get 4 tires installed. Very appreciated and thankful that they even took me in when they only had 2 hours of the shop open. All was smooth until a gentleman working(forgot his name) there approached me and told me that one of my lug nut got stuck and that my wheel stud possibly broke(which it did and have little thread left). Suggested I buy a new lug nut just to screw it in. I bought a replacement but the grooves from the wheel stud is messed up already. So I have no choice on doing it myself. He was telling me it was another person that screwed in the nut too tightly and that it was not their shops fault. There was no other recent person that worked on my car that was wheel related…. I also haven’t done any wheel work and the last time my wheels were ever touched was 5 months ago for rotation and even then I watched them. I asked them if there’s something they can do about it and they were charging me a whopping 150$ on top of the 140 I’m already paying to get my wheels installed. I didn’t really have the time to argue and go back and forth with the person I was speaking to especially I drove from Palo Alto just to get to their location since I had to pick up my tires. And they were open till 8. Anyway I’m not really trippin because I know things like this can happen. But what I was annoyed about is that he was telling me several times that people will sometimes drive with 2 studs missing and etc. I AM NOT SOME PEOPLE. I always work on my own car and I always watch people that works on my car. I’m a paranoid person and there’s certain things I can’t do with my car because I don’t have the current tools. Especially installing new tires. It would’ve been nice to be offered atleast half the price since they were the one working on my car. Becuase I would’ve been ok with it. I’m not a hard person to talk to when there’s other options. But since they were charging me full price and me being tired from a 12hr shift and driving an hour to get there, I didn’t have the capacity to really make an effort on arguing back. There was Certain things that did rub me off the wrong way because I was asking questions about alignment and oil change charges. They weren’t pushy or insisting that I should add those service. But I see how this work and have dealt with other places that would try to offer those up just to possibly get more from me. Getting the “are you sure?” Or “you might aswell do it since you’re here” response wasn’t sitting right with me. I respectfully declined because I can do oil change myself. Just the alignment i need help on. And I was looking for alternatives since I’ve been busy doing OT. I know I may not look like the type of guy that gets their hands dirty. But I LOVE working on my car and LEARNED a lot for having one. Probably just me but I noticed the look that was given when I said I do my oil change. The look of “sure you do” HAHA. Don’t get me wrong the service and customer service they have are pretty good. Tires were installed great. Only outcome I didn’t like was the whole wheel stud situation. I’m sharing my experience just so the next person that deals with a problem like this can be aware. Maybe the next person will have more energy to argue back and get something out of it. For me i respect and always thankful with every mechanic working on my car. I have no other reason to pursuit or fight for this since I’ve left the shop and got the tires I want installed. I’m sharing this opinion and review because I want to be transparent as much as possible. Especially from a person who has experience working on their car. I just want the next person to not be blindsided. Things like this can happen so be prepared to speak up or pay up.

I've gone here twice with damaged / destroyed tires. They fixed them fast, fixed them right, and at a price I could afford. This included replacing a bizarrely-sized tire that was only ever used for one model of car that ended production a few years ago. Most places would simply throw up their hands and send me elsewhere with this; Moe's got the tire the next morning. There's no reason to go anywhere else.

They are good and honest. Came in for balancing the tires and they fixed an issue I was trying to solve for weeks. My car is not shaking anymore. I am lucky to bring it here!

Went to Larkin Brothers first, they were nice enough and gave me a quote for two tires. Then went to Moe's and you guys beat their price by $20. Happy about that. Nice place, close by and clean facilities.

Are you kidding me? Excellent service. Fair prices. Super friendly people. Efficiency. Had a flat turned out the tire needed replaced because the hole was in the sidewall all said and done 30 minutes later I'm driving out for only $125. If you don't go here to get your tire work done, what are you thinking!? PS Jose assisted me at the Mission Street store and he is a rockstar.
