It's horrible to make this review based on this encounter. I have always came here it's right by my house but today was horrible. It's freezing, my tire was low ended up getting a new tire. We got on the express way and my car felt weird, wobbly. I pulled over and all my bolts in the rear tire were loose!!!! This drive could of gone bad!!!!! Fatal. I tightened them went back to complain and ALEX said he could give me my old tire back or $5 for gas. This is crazyy!!!!!

They will change prices on you FAST…. Used tires was 40 than the other guy say 65 145 for a new tire…when it gets cold they will try to over price

I came in with my tire and asked one of the workers how much it cost to put my tire on my car. He quickly said $10.00 bucks! Then, this other guy just walked up to me and said it would cost you $25! After the work was done, I saw their advertised price for changing a tire, and it states $10. When I talked with the manager, he said it had to be a spare tire! It was a 17-inch tire, and at the bottom, Ojeda advertised that it may be more. But, how can you change a truck tire for $20 and a car tire for $25? This is deceptive and misleading advertisement and is against the law in Illinois! I will be filing with the city regarding this matter. Surely, they will change their price list in the office before the city inspector comes out! Ojeda lost a customer for life for $15 bucks!

I can’t recommend this place enough. I went to 2 other tire shops and they couldn’t help me out. These people actually listened to me and switched out my tire valve and tire. I was in and out. Friendly and quick service. They also take card if you don’t have cash. A lot of other places only want cash only but they have accept credit cards too.

We got a flat on the eway, looked on Google and this place came up. We immediately drove in, within 1 minute we're greeted and the guy started jacking our car, checked the tire, said he would patch it and started working on it right away. We were in and out within 15 minutes. This place is fast, fair prices and great service. Would highly recommend!

I'm handicapped and my tire blew out on the expressway.I had the car towed to this place, I limbed inside only to ran over by some big tall stout Mexican running with 2 tires. He had a nasty attitude and I told him I was handicapped and he only got angrier. He then wanted to fight because I took a picture of him (which is posted) if the employees here wore name tags, there wouldn't been any need for a picture. Don't go here they act like gangsters here 😒

Great helpful staff. Feel so bad for them... the ghetto customers always treat them bad and expect bespoke service for $10.. I always go here for my tire issues.
