We have a 2019 Class A motor home. We have two slides, which have a topper/awning over each slide. After rain storms, water would pool on top of one awning & slider itself. Unbeknownst to us, the topper tore and separated in the middle. So after a rain storm, water collected and on occasion would come into the rear of the RV. Yikes, what a disaster. I found MOJOS Mobile RV Service online (Jacksonville, FL). The reviews were favorable, but…you just never know what to expect. I contacted Moe regarding our topper issue. He provided a quote and we agreed to have him order the fabric and perform the repair/installation of the new vinyl awning. On Monday 7.1.24, he and Josh arrived 3 minutes early at our RV campground. They looked the old topper over and got right to work. They were done & gone in an hour. I was amazed as a 70 year old retiree, who might have been able to do this type repair myself (25 years ago). This was certainly a two person job. The topper looks great, it rolls in/out as it should. I’m pleased and the fair quoted price was exactly what I paid them. Thx guys.

What can I say,.. it's been 7 months and he (Mo) won't call me back! One A/C unit is fixed (mostly) & the other one... Who knows! The parts were supposed to be in in September... He won't answer the messages I've left, his phone no longer works & he owes me $1780.00!!! Pay me so I can get someone to do the work... Whatever anyone does, don't give him your work!

He appears to be out of business. His voice-mail box is full and he does not respond to text messages. Nobody is at his work address. He is missing.

I called Moe for service on my bedroom slider would not move in or out . It was very hot and Moe had a hard time getting to motor and other parts under bed . He worked on it and he found that the line going from the on/off switch had a bad climp in the wire cable. He got parts for the wire but he also found that the was wrapped around motor. It was late and he said he would be back in am with saw to cut floor a little bigger to give him more room to move around. Next he came back and also replace wall on/off switch and motor module. We had an emergency clogged toilet situation in our new large RV. I called Mojo and he made the time to drive one hour away from where we’re staying at an RV Park in Jacksonville, Florida! He brought all of the necessary tools and equipment, etc! He arrived at our RV at 9:00 PM and spent hours unclogging our horrid clog! I gave him a great cash tip and am going to share his business cards with people who need his services! He was professional, hard working, reliable, trust worthy, friendly and incredible! Endless thanks to you Mojo!! You’re the BEST in your business and profession!! He unclogged our horrid clog! He also shared valuable in with me about preventing future clogs in our toilet! I have you a one star because you are not only to busy to return a phone call but will not even respond to a text. After you didn't call me you text me the it would be four weeks out and I text you back....I couldn't wait is there any way you could squeeze me in.....and the no response. Do not advertise if you're unwilling to answer a call or return a text. Due to having too much work.

Mo responded in a very timely manner. He was booked for the next few days and offered to refer me to someone else. Later that day he checked in with me to make sure I was able to get the help I needed. What a relief to find such customer service even when he wasn't receiving the benefit of the work. I highly recommend Mo just based on his integrity. He cares! Thanks Mo

Moe is a very professional and knowledge RV guy. He’s honest and tells you how to keep your camper maintained. His prices are reasonable and I feel good after he has completed his work. I always get before and after photos, which is great.

An excellent experience from the time I texted for help with my Class B RV air conditioner that went out til I drove away with a fully functioning AC!! He responded quickly and I met him between jobs. He and Josh were professional and had it fixed in a few minutes. He knew exactly what the problem was. Mo would not let me pay him! I’m touched by his kindness and generosity. It wasn’t a big thing for him to fix he said, his actions speak volumes in a time when its hard to find honest, trustworthy folks. It was also a profound lesson for the nice young man Josh. Thank you Mo!! You’re the best!!

Dealership called them for warranty work. But never got a call back so they just found another repair company. I understand being busy but he told them that he would call me. I called him and left a message and no call backs since. Then voice-mail was full but today it seems he has check his voicemails but never returned my call. I was excited about the 5 star rating. Im sure more people have had great luck with them tho. On to the next repair man

He wasn’t able to help me during my emergency but was able to quickly recommend another repair man that was able to solve the issue quickly. I appreciate him being willing to give the business to someone else in order to get me back up and running. Also checked in later that night to confirm my issue was solved.

Highly Recommended! 5 Star quality and service . After horrible experiences with other mobile RV repair companies, I engaged MoJo to fix my AC. Honest, straightforward, on time, great communicator! Highly recommend MoJo’s Mobile RV. Moe kept me in loop all the way through the ordering, shipping, and installation process. He responded to all my inquiries. Him and his son replaced a couple of panels on the side of the camper. Looks like new. I recommended them to brother who also is need of their service.

In July 2020, I contacted Mojo Mobile Service because my AC unit stopped working. They came out promptly and assessed the situation and gave an estimate. I know nothing about AC repairs so I trusted them with the replacement of the unit. Fast forward to August. He returned to install new unit and discovers he ordered the wrong one says don’t worry I’ll order correct unit and make it right. Finally, after waiting until October 28, 2020 he returns with correct AC unit and installs it but then advises I owe an additional $450 for difference in original AC unit even though it was his mistake and left the box and old AC unit behind for me to dispose of which is not my idea of a 5 star company customer service. No more Mojo for me!

It’s not often that you feel you can trust someone with RV or automobile repair. These guys are the real deal, They know what they are doing and are up front with what needs attention and what does not . Even after payment to them was made they made phone calls to my warranty company insuring that I would get reimbursed for covered repairs . Highly recommend!

Moe and his son are top notch !!! They replaced our awning and repaired a gas line on our 5th wheel travel trailer and we are very pleased with our experience with MoJo mobile Rv service. Moe kept us updated through the order process and once parts arrived he scheduled the time to come out and they were here right on time. Wow was i WRONG about this man. After spending over $1000.00 on parts and his services for my slides after 1 1/2 months 3 THREE NO SHOWS. Now he wont even answer me. Oh well very long story. But i definately do not reccomend him to anyone. If you still decide to use him dont give him one thin dime until he FINISHES what he started. Sincerely thomas plumpowski 67 year old disabled x marine
