I visited Monaco Tire and Auto and received an amazing service experience. First I was greeted quickly by the front desk manager who offered to assist me. First impression,lasting impression. I then asked to speak with a technician in regards to my vehicle. I spoke to the lead technician Lamarcus who was very professional and knowledgeable about my vehicle. I strongly recommend when you need great service see the team at Monaco Auto, especially Lamarcus for great service. Kudos to the entire team.

An absolute pleasure dealing with the team at Monaco Auto and Tire. They were quick to let me know the diagnosis of my car, repaired it and had it back to me right away. They also followed up with me a week later to ensure everything was going smoothly. Great customer service and communication all around and I would recommend them to all.

Darnell and his team were so helpful and efficient! Darnell was extremely communicative about the time frame I could expect and worked to accommodate my inconvenient schedule. They completed a full vehicle inspection and checked in a week later. This is for sure going to be my new go-to shop.

I made the mistake of wasting my time trying other mechanics in the area. Wish I'd have just come straight here, lesson learned! Darnell was not only clearly passionate about what he does, but he's honest. The price I paid was entirely reasonable and fair, the work was done well. Take your car here, they'll treat you well :)

Monaco Tire and Auto is one of the best places I’ve used to service my vehicles. They are honest and made sure that I was able to get my Ford focus taken care of for a very reasonable cost. The crew there is top notch! They tell it like it is and give you honest answers about your vehicle. Respectful, polite, salt-of-the-earth, honest as the day is long. All the things I look for in a good mechanic. Highly recommend. Update 10/10/24 This place is still great three years after my first visit! The guys really helped me out when my battery died unexpectedly. Per usual, they were professional, honest, answered all my questions, and on top of that quick. I'm sad that Dean retired, but I think this place is in good hands.

My wife’s car was serviced for a recommended front differential maintenance. This place did not replace the recommended fluid correctly and now we are stuck with a $5-7k repair. They took no responsibility for their shoddy work. I would not recommend this place and will never go there again. Meineke down the street is a much better option.

I can not express my gratitude to Kevin, I called and he was so kind , he said I could take my car in right then and had it done within hours , the prices were about $50 less then I expected and they offered me two discounted services . I wanted to just say how great the customer service and transparency is at the shop due to Kevin taking care of his customers. He is also great with his team. The shop needs some upgrade I can tell on the machines and reception/ exterior (management take note) and would make the storefront much more appealing and attract more customers. Kevin is the best 👍 your lucky to have him.

I am getting ready for a long 24hr road trip and wanted to make sure my reliable Corolla was ready for the drive. Dino is great and always greets you with a friendly smile.
