Got work done at 2110 Howard Street. Brakes, rotors.2 tires done through Hertz Maintenance. Had to come up to 7870 Eastern Ave to get TPMS monitor done on front drivers side. 2110 Howard St said they didn't have the tools to do it.

Poor service customer service . Took 10 minutes to be acknowledged when I walked in the door and I was the second person there. After the mechanic cashier( older African American man) acknowledged me he proceeded to call up another customer to give him his keys and take payment without, communicating with me for EXAMPLE Ms. Excuse me I’m going to finish with this customer, I will be back with you in a few! Along with thanking me for waiting. The customer service was one of the worst experience.

I had a great experience at Monroe Auto Service and Tire Center on Eastern Ave. First timer customer and I will be returning to this location. Customer service was top notch. I received a oil change and tire rotation and felt 100% confident the man who worked on my car worked on my car as if it was his own. When I drove off the parking lot my car actually felt smoother then when I dropped my car off. I was actually going to schedule an alignment though now its not needed. Although, I just received a oil change and tire rotation I will be returning to receive brakes and tires when needed. If you are a women and are looking for a honest auto service center please give this location a try and you will not be disappointed.

This place is the best they are very kind courteous and just all around good! This is my 2nd visit and they have got a loyal customer out of me due to their genuine kindness and they don’t have you waiting long either!!!

Awesome pleasant experience very kind courteous and professional individuals that are technicians and the manager also was very articulate explaining everything to me and giving me options overall I'd say I would rate this a 10 out of 10 and recommend this location and any other Monroe to anyone that needs service on professionally

Great service! Fast, reasonably priced and offers a full set of maintenance options for your vehicle. The guy at the desk even knocked an item down because he didn't think it would take that long which was really cool. Definitely planning on coming back.

I was traveling through Baltimore from VA and experienced a flat tire. I had no knowledge of tire shops in the area. I researched over 25 tire shops in the area before I discovered Monro. Their service was stellar. Their expertise and professionalism ensure my vehicle was at the right place! My tire was replaced within minutes and I was provided a a warranty as well. I couldn’t thank them enough for the experience they gave me and how helpful they were to get me back on the road in a timely manner!

Overall, this was excellent service, affordable, and had good customer service. After a not-so-amazing experience with the dealer, wait (even with an appointment) up the street. I was able to get a last-minute appointment, and I was in and out. I will definitely be back.

You totaled my car and corporate is ignoring me. I paid for new brakes, struts, lower control arms, and more, thousands of dollars. I came back over and over for months while you "fixed" my car but it kept making weird noises. When it was apparent you could not fix it, I went to the dealership and the damage you had done to my car was so bad that it was totaled. You had put in an after market lower control arm that was too big for my car and was pushing into my brand new rotors. You also cut into the frame of my car amongst a littany of other things. I want a refund.

I had put 2 new tires on they cracked my rim and didn't tell me and sent it to someone else to fix it and here I am 3weeks later the air still leaks out my tire and them have it back talking about they are going to fix it again ,atthis point they need to buy me a new rim for my tire and I will not deal with them anymore..

Absolute life saver. I had an emergency on the highway and when I arrived at the service center everyone I met was not only helpful but extremely kind. Hands down the best service!

Horrible. I had an appointment for 9am. When I arrived, no one was there. I waited until 9:30 and still no one showed up. I called the store up in Towson and they said they could take me in right away. I recommend that whoever was supposed to be at the Eastern Ave location on Sunday, Nov 19 at 9am be fired unless there was some extreme circumstance.

Poor service. Took several minutes to be acknowledged when I walked in the door and I was the only person there. After the mechanic looked at my truck he said he would give me an estimate. That took about 30 minutes before he began working on it.
