I had a great experience at Monroe Auto Service and Tire Center on Eastern Ave. First timer customer and I will be returning to this location. Customer service was top notch. I received a oil change and tire rotation and felt 100% confident the man who worked on my car worked on my car as if it was his own. When I drove off the parking lot my car actually felt smoother then when I dropped my car off. I was actually going to schedule an alignment though now its not needed. Although, I just received a oil change and tire rotation I will be returning to receive brakes and tires when needed. If you are a women and are looking for a honest auto service center please give this location a try and you will not be disappointed.

This place is the best they are very kind courteous and just all around good! This is my 2nd visit and they have got a loyal customer out of me due to their genuine kindness and they don’t have you waiting long either!!!

Awesome pleasant experience very kind courteous and professional individuals that are technicians and the manager also was very articulate explaining everything to me and giving me options overall I'd say I would rate this a 10 out of 10 and recommend this location and any other Monroe to anyone that needs service on professionally

Great service! Fast, reasonably priced and offers a full set of maintenance options for your vehicle. The guy at the desk even knocked an item down because he didn't think it would take that long which was really cool. Definitely planning on coming back.

I was traveling through Baltimore from VA and experienced a flat tire. I had no knowledge of tire shops in the area. I researched over 25 tire shops in the area before I discovered Monro. Their service was stellar. Their expertise and professionalism ensure my vehicle was at the right place! My tire was replaced within minutes and I was provided a a warranty as well. I couldn’t thank them enough for the experience they gave me and how helpful they were to get me back on the road in a timely manner!

Overall, this was excellent service, affordable, and had good customer service. After a not-so-amazing experience with the dealer, wait (even with an appointment) up the street. I was able to get a last-minute appointment, and I was in and out. I will definitely be back.

You totaled my car and corporate is ignoring me. I paid for new brakes, struts, lower control arms, and more, thousands of dollars. I came back over and over for months while you "fixed" my car but it kept making weird noises. When it was apparent you could not fix it, I went to the dealership and the damage you had done to my car was so bad that it was totaled. You had put in an after market lower control arm that was too big for my car and was pushing into my brand new rotors. You also cut into the frame of my car amongst a littany of other things. I want a refund.

I had put 2 new tires on they cracked my rim and didn't tell me and sent it to someone else to fix it and here I am 3weeks later the air still leaks out my tire and them have it back talking about they are going to fix it again ,atthis point they need to buy me a new rim for my tire and I will not deal with them anymore..

Absolute life saver. I had an emergency on the highway and when I arrived at the service center everyone I met was not only helpful but extremely kind. Hands down the best service!

Horrible. I had an appointment for 9am. When I arrived, no one was there. I waited until 9:30 and still no one showed up. I called the store up in Towson and they said they could take me in right away. I recommend that whoever was supposed to be at the Eastern Ave location on Sunday, Nov 19 at 9am be fired unless there was some extreme circumstance.

Poor service. Took several minutes to be acknowledged when I walked in the door and I was the only person there. After the mechanic looked at my truck he said he would give me an estimate. That took about 30 minutes before he began working on it.

Horrible on time , they said they can take care of my car in one day and it was a one day job . But In reality that was a lie , i come a week later and the car that is so called a one day job doesn’t get worked on till I literally get there , then turn around and the issue with the car is not even the real problem from what they told me before and ended up being something totally different that I have to kick out to much for and honestly could have went to somewhere with better diagnostic and that could have saved us both time , I was there from 8 am to 12:15pm , if you guys say one day job and that you will work on it then stick to your word , don’t start a week later to where u working on it when I get there ,

I have been coming to Monro for years and always experienced great service until my recent visit. I bought my car to Monro on Sunday July 30th because of a misfire. I was told that I needed a tuneup and if I buy the parts it’ll be $157. I bought the spark plugs and ignition coil and I paid for a tuneup and oil change which came up to $202 because I purchased my own parts. Came to pick up my car on Thursday August 3rd got 2mins down the street my check engine light came on and my car started to misfire again. I took my car right back to Monro. After constantly calling the next day I was told it’s still saying the spark plugs and ignition coil. Another day passed they took my car to their “advanced” shop and told me that it’s a misfire in 2 cylinders but they still never told me where the misfire was coming from. Based off the information I got from them they did not know what was going on with my car. I had to constantly call the entire time because they did not call me not once to give me an update on my car. Sunday August 6th I had my car towed from Monro to Norris Honda because I wasted a total of $400 between parts and labor. My car was having the same issues as when I first dropped it off. Norris Honda informed me that the misfire code was coming from my starter. I got my starter installed at Monro on December 27th 2022 and was still under warranty. Honda informed me that the starter was after market and possibly refurbished. A new starter was replaced and a diagnostics test was done. I paid a total of $1571 to Norris Honda. I went to Honda because after a full week of my car sitting at Monro they could not tell me what the issue was with my car. Also they would have put another after market starter in my car again and I did not feel comfortable with them touching my car after not knowing what was wrong with it from the beginning. I went to the store and politely requested a refund because the starter was still under warranty. I was told someone will contact me regarding the refund of course no one reached out to me. I spent a total off $400 for the tuneup that did not solve the issue at Monro and $1571 at Honda on the starter a total of $1971. After constantly calling customer service I was told that it would be processed in a check form. I paid with my card, instead of the money being refunded in the original form of payment. As of today I am still waiting for my refund and not a single person has reached out to me in regards to anything. I do not recommend this establishment to anyone.
