If I could give zero stars I would the customer service that was given was horrible my dad went 4 different times trying to get an oil change being turned away stating he had to wait for the manager. The manager who would not give me his name was finally there the fourth time and now they can not honor the Groupon that was purchased stating we have to pay more money which is crazy why do Groupon if y’all have all these hidden fees. Then refused service because I said I would do a review. I definitely was going to do one because to refuse a service as if you’re an owner of the company is insane. He was very rude and nasty!!! But no worries I’m reporting it to the better business bureau. Do Not Visit Monro Muffler on N Howard St!!!!!!

I came for a simple oil change and experienced more. They took my car and treated it with the care it needed and processed my ride with the quickness. Trayvon Patterson gave me suggestions for future repairs and maintenance and I will most definitely be back to get them done. Thank you Monroe service.

I got there expecting to be there at an hour because I was a walk-in and to my surprise, the young man took my car and serviced me right away… I will be back .. I was quite pleased.

I would give zero stars if that was an option.... First they decieve you on the groupon, I paid 70.00 just to get there and they say its an additional 40.00 so whats the point of getting a groupon if I'm still paying more than 100.00 for an oil change?? The Manager Tavon on Howard street needs to be fired he's rude and arrogant Monroe Tire should be ashamed of themselves (oh they said 40.00 is the shop fee) I'm like what does that mean? They said for using their shop, you the consumer has to pay them extra I WILL NEVER EVER COME HERE AGAIN and I'm telling everybody who will listen not to patronize them unless you like getting Ripped off they are scam artists

Quick same day tire change but they cracked and mangled one of my hubcaps and lost two of the others. (They deducted the cost of replacing them from my bill.)

I feel scammed. I have never spent this much money on an oil change. I was charged basically 2x for services. I brought a Groupon for my oil change that was for the high mileage for $59.99 and still managed to have gotten charged an additional $62 for them to do nothing. They didn’t do any diagnostics on my car , they didn’t even atleast check my tire pressure. Will not be going back!!!!

On July 30th, I had my oil changed, and I got a tune-up on my 2017 Ford Fiesta. All could not have gone smoother. It was a pleasure, and the price was right. I recommend the Monro store/shop on Howard Street 100%.

appointment for 8 currently 8:25 place isn't even open recent reviews indicate a large decline in service quality not sure if I'll try this place again, used to come here for tire replacements two years ago. edited to add: we love the default autoreply to google reviews lmao what happened to this place

Scammers, will damage your car on purpose with total disregard for your or anyone else’s safety. Wish I could say I’m exaggerating. They’re only in business because people don’t know any better or fall victim to their schemes. One star is too many. Rick was great for years, and is no longer there.

This place has gone downhill over the years....Their website and the hours posted at there store said they open at 7:30. I got there at 7:30 and waited until 8:20 and finally went across the street to Firestone. I called a little while ago to ask when they open and the guy said 8:00. When I told him I was there until 8:20, they guy said that they were running late. Won't go back there...

I had an 8:30 am appointment for an oil change. I arrived at 8:20 am and was told that the technician does not come in until 9:00 am. I did not schedule this appointment online, I called the store so I'm unsure why they'd schedule me for 8:30 if the technician is not in. I waited until 9:30 am and the technician never showed.

Terrible service. I had an appointment between 7:30a - 11a. Center didn't open till after 830a; received full service oil change, was refused the complimentary tire rotation, was told it was going to be $30 extra.

This shop has changed over the years. I tried to go here 2 times in the Am. And the shop opens up way way later then the hours advertised.

Monro Auto had the specific tire size I needed for my vehicle, which was hard to find. The tire specialist on-site was very knowledgeable and was able to provide me suggestions as how I could change my tire profile and avoid not being able to find my tire size in the future. They were also able to change the headlights on my car, which required a lot of labor, all in the same visit.
