When I got my car back from getting my brakes done, my key no longer opened my car (06accord) and when I took it back they told me they might be able to find out why this happened if I paid them a couple hundred more dollars. Thank you monro for being sketchier than a dope dealer and twice as expensive as a drug habit

Went in today to check on getting some work done and ended up getting it done as they took me right away with no waiting! Tyler and William on Glenway were a couple of the best guys I've ran into, car service wise and did a great job on my truck! It was the positive reviews on Goggle that lead me there in the first place!

Will was helpful and polite. The lobby was unwelcoming but the repair service was as expected despite Will was overwhelmed with a backup of service needs and only one mechanic on duty besides him working the desk( managing). Thanks will!

I requested an alignment here. They explained to my why they wouldn't be able to do it (issues with my tie rod). They were very professional and very transparent. One thing that I liked was that they didn't try to pressure me to make repairs. If you need your car serviced, I would definitely recommend this place. Also, I wanted to give a shout out to William. He seems like a very honest guy.

This one rating is for two reasons only. Both having to do with misleading pricing when I was going in for an oil change. First I had a coupon for 10 dollars off. At the counter the person said that the way you get the 10 dollars off is you have to scan the QR code. I scanned it it took me to a Monro web site. So then I asked where do I go from here to get my 10 dollars off. He had no idea and neither did I. So it was a coupon I could not use. The second issue is that they advertised the oil change for one price but then the added extra charges. $2.90 for disposal and a shop supply Fee of $9.75. If they know that is part of the oil change then it needs to be included in the advertised price.

great service help me out with my radiator system replace the hose even though the mechanic working for me dog was passing away in the office he got the job done it was simply amazing what people can do I felt so bad for him and told him I'll say a prayer for you and your dog

Have gone to various Monro locations and never had any problems. Had an appointment at 8a on Monday for an oil change. When I got there the dude seemed high. I go home but when I’m driving the day my car is smoking so I take it to my mechanic and within seconds of opening the hood he shows me my rubber lining that’s supposed to be between the hood and the car wrapped in my serpentine belt

At first everything seemed fine. We scheduled one tire change and 4 brake pad replacements. Called at 8am an hour prior to appointment 9am to make sure everything was delivered. They said they were still waiting on the breaks to be delivered and that they would contact us when they got in. No one called us. We called them at 12pm and they just acted like no big deal they arrived and we can come in anytime... So my girlfriend takes the car over. They start working on the car and discover they had ordered the wrong front brakes. They ask if we want to bring it back or get the back brakes and tire replaced now. We get the back breaks replaced and the tire changed. I asked for a refund for any services not performed because I prepaid. To which the guy at the counter says he doesn't know how to do that. So he finally figures it out and tells my girlfriend the refund will take a few days to be refunded but if it isn't to call corporate and informed her the corporate number is on the front door... They also kept my spare tire. And I can only imagine it was due to the amount of time spent trying to chat up my girlfriend instead of just doing the work so she could leave and enjoy the rest of her day not waiting on your company to finish the work. So because of all these issue. We won't be going back to this location. No one has the amount of time they expected us to spend dealing with these two employees of yours. We were only able to pull it off ourselves because I telework. Guys seemed nice other than all that and the work that was done was done correctly... So unless you have a few days to spend in a waiting room or chatting up mechanics. I'd take a pass on this place.

Tyler and the tech were great. Brought in my f150 truck and the usual spark plug being stripped or broke happened. That is very common in those trucks. So I wasn't surprised. Tyler took me home and let me know a machinist will be in within a day or 2. The machinist got there that same afternoon and my truck runs great.

Wow, blown away by the auto care service here. A small auto body shop held on by solid workers. Great and chill atmosphere! If you’re trying to save on money and need a quick maintenance, this is the place for you, they are enjoyably fast with walk ins & enjoy appointments (gentlemen named Will or whoever answers quick through the phone). While this place doesn’t offer coupon services like Firestone does, they make the service bang for your buck. Oil changes are extremely quick and easy, well worth the extra money because well, synthetic always rules. Comparing to other shops, they’re not like Firestone or Tirediscounters where they try to sell their own brands or select in store ones but here? Monro offered me a wide variety tailored to my own pricing & even if it’s cheap, the people here made sure it lasted a long darn time. Service is quick, easy, and simple paperwork with no stress and the people at the desk are understanding as you can get. Onto my personal experience after my service, Will here is really keeping things afloat. He helped me order a 4 set of new wheels that were easily in my price range and actually performance reliable, new braking, alignment, and the normal car maintenance stuff. But what’s better yet was how stress free it was. They constantly assured that it’d be properly maintained and kept checking back to let me know how the vehicle was going. and despite it seeming like a small auto body shop, the fast paced work really paid off. Total service took about ~2 hours and after a test drive, my car was in perfect smooth shape, the guys even said it felt like they just brought it out of a dealership. That’s what I wanted to feel like again. Total cost was $1,090 for my maintenance! Expensive but the car lasted me 6 some years and just a grand to fix! Shoot, I’ll be coming back here every single time for my maintenance from here on out. Proud 2017 Honda HR-V owner here.

SO GRATEFUL FOR THIS SHOP. We've taken 3 cars to this Monro, and have always been impressed with their service. Repairs have included: - Oil changes - Brake service (drum and disc) - Exhaust and muffler replacement - AC Recharge - Tire alignment - Leaf spring and shackle replacement Both Will and Mike are amazingly knowledgeable. Service is fact, and pricing is transparent as well as fair. Thank you guys so much!!!
