This mechanic shop is great. They have knowledgeable technicians that describe and if possible show you what issues are happening with your vehicle and can get it done in a timely manner. Shannon was able to help me with my 2005 ford Escape as well as my brother’s 2006 Jeep and was able to get it done quickly.

The Store Manager, Ged, is a very nice and accomodating person! I had a flat tire near the 275/42 Exit, and pulled into this shop. He checked to see if he had any tires of my size in stock, which he did not, but he could get one the next day. I don't live close to the area, so it didn't make sense to order one from him for the next day. I went outside to move things out of my cargo area to have access to my spare tire. I went back in and asked him if it was okay I used his parking lot to put my spare tire on. He said he would just pull it in to the shop and put it up on the lift and put it on for me. One of his technicians installed the spare tire, and put my original tire/rim in my cargo area. He even checked the PSI in my spare and it was low, so they aded air to my spare. He did not charge me a penny for any of this service, even though he knew I would not be buying a tire from him. That's the kind of generosity and kindness we need in this world. I am very pleased with the courteous and kind service I received from Ged and his staff, even though I wasn't a paying customer. My car is a lease, so I use my dealership for all maitenance needs, but I will recommend this loaction to everyone I know that needs any sort of vehicle maitenance. Thanks Ged!

Amazing experience at this location...was having problems on 275 and needed to pull off somewhere and this kind gentleman checked out my car. Fair and honest guy. The Valvoline had messed up with my skid plate and securing my car back together twice after an oil change. This guy was super nice and showed me where the mistake was made and in my book he's doing the Lord's work helping people make sure they're not getting taken advantage of. Will be back, and highly recommend you go here for any and all auto needs!

Very hard to get in. Never has immediate availability. Then when you do have an appointment you still wait over an hour. I just had one tire looked at, they didn’t even put a spare on or anything, literally JUST looked at it, I was there over an hour. Then when I asked about a used tire, the manager quite literally acted like I was asking a crazy question. Out of the three times I’ve been there I’ve never had a good experience. Nice people but just seem to only want to cater to clients spending tons of money. Huge inconvenience EVERYTIME I come here.

Yesterday (6/12/24)went to Monroe in Sharonville OH due to my car not working while rolling down the road. Ged was professional, courteous and respectful. Next day (6/13/24)on the way to work again my car stopped working while driving- went back to Monroe but a nasty girl was there named Hannah who said the tech went on vacation and I can NOT get my car looked at until July 1st! Asked if she had the same skill sets as him since he’s gone and she felt she needed to explain to me why people take vacations from their job. Very unprofessional, couldn’t answer any of my questions then had the nerve to call me back talking about my ac not working- I said no Hannah my car isn’t working and you told me I can’t get it fixed until July 1st! Utterly thee worst experience I’ve ever had with Monroe Mufflers and will be spreading the word about Hannah who claims she is the store manager for 5 locations.

Love the work. Had a girl named Hanna that was working as a floater of sorts will be the reason I stop coming here. My wife called the first time for a quote on something simple and she couldn’t remember. Did nothing to check on it. But somehow knew all the prices of the things she could get commission from. I called back minutes later only to discover somehow she forgot the price once again. Also I simply ask how much it would cost to put brake pads on. Only the pads. JUST THE PADS. for the love of god I could not make a choice of my own on my own vehicles. Would not shut up , would not listen. To concerned with selling and commission rather than good service. Will not work with her or come back till she is gone.

Hands down a customer for life now. This was the 3rd place I went to for a quote on much needed maintenance needed. They were quick, friendly, and extremely fair in price. Everyone I interacted with was kind and knowledgeable. Will be back again and again.

My initial visit was to have air put into my tire. After another visit my tires were inspected and the Recommendation was new tires. The back tires were replaced first, which showed that my air leak problem was due to multiple nails in my tire. I am grateful for the service that I received. I will be back for the front tires.

They were so helpful and prompt over the phone and when we got there in person! I had a SUPER flat tire and loved the tow service that were able to provide! From the time I called, to the tow truck, to them calling to say they replaced the valve stem, calibrated the sensor and told me it was ready was all in just over 3 hrs!

I cannot a do an accurate review because there are questionable happenings since we pulled in with a brake problem. Then we were told they couldn't keep it running after the brake repair. WHY is uncertain. There was no problem when we dove it there and the tech drove it up on the lift. Needless to say we still DO NOT have the vehicle. But a lot has transpired with finding the issue. We are waiting for answers.

If you remember the days where a man's word was his bond so does Dennis Isaacs, the owner of this Monro Brakes and Tires. When I was stuck with a dead battery with no help coming for hours he and his crew went out of their way to get me up and running without taking advantage of my situation. He gave me a good deal on a new battery and only charged me for normal labor - that was my first encounter with him. It's moments like that that tell you the true integrity of someone. He's got my business for life and i highly recommend you check him out.
