Not sure if many are aware but you can order new tires for a car yourself and have them shipped to and installed at businesses such as Monro Brakes & Tires. One of the best decisions that I could have made. Monro contacted me when the tires arrived, an appointment was set, and the tires were installed in a timely manner. I also opted for a wheel alignment. The technicians were friendly, courteous and very professional. I would highly recommend Monro Brakes & Tires!

I got my Malibu serviced at Monro many times and the exceptional service they provide cannot be matched !!! Jim and his crew are always so nice and friendly and provide great service … best shop in town !!! Got all my tires 🛞 replaced and oil change tire rotation and etc …. Thanks again Alex

I have been frequenting this location for a while and I am always greeting in a friendly and professional manner. The manager’s ability to communicate and manage expectations is impressive. I always know how much my cost will be and we always go over what I need done and any concerns before they begin service. The last time I was there, while I waited, the manager was inundated with walk ins. He handled it with professionalism and grace. I have and will continue to recommend this location to others as I trust the staff implicitly with my vehicle. I am a small business owner so I know how much feedback means especially from someone who's not only looking through the eyes of the consumer but also through the eyes of a business woman. You hit the jackpot with the staff at this location!

Low tire after work, this was the closest shop but they were already closed so I left my car. I came in at 7:30am to drop the keys and have them check the tire. Call me later in the day to tell me they patched the hole (bead seal) and that I need a new battery. Battery isn’t even a year old so I asked more about it, was told it was only measuring 200/650amp. Refuse the new battery. Pickup my car after they are closed, turn onto Montgomery Road and my tire hazard low air light comes back on. Clearly not repaired. I just limp it to the local Ford dealer, they find a small pinhole in the shoulder wall of the tire which they said cannot be patched. I need a new tire and they also said my battery is perfect. So I wasted a lot of time and $42 at Monro for them to just try to sell me a battery I didn’t need when I would have bought new tires that I actually needed. I will not return, do not waste your time or money here.

Had a wonderful experience at this Monro Auto Service location. I had an oil issue while I was driving through Cincinnati on a very long trip, and I was seen very quickly and my problem was addressed immediately. The workers here are informative and nice. Would absolutely recommend this location!

Great place and Jim was very helpful. I was able to seemlessly drop off and pick up outside of normal hours and was kept informed of what issues were found and time of repairs was fast. This is also the most affordable place I looked into when changing out my braking sysyem.

I gotta be honest I went to another MONRO outlet to get my service but they were unable to obtain approval for my silver rock oil change. Then when I asked that station what the price was for what I wanted they quoted me $94. frustrated because they couldn’t get it approved because this was an extra cost for me when I bought my car I tried this shop. When I brought it here the quote was $40 less if they didn’t get it approved but there was no problem getting it approved. Then they told me about my tires being old which I didn’t actually know was a thing and they suggested a top of the line tire. I’m thoroughly happy with the performance of this shop. The guy even called me back to make sure my credit card wasn’t on a recorded line!! That first shop was just a bad look for Monro, this shop was fantastic. Thank you all so much!

Had a slow leak in my car, took it to them and they promptly fixed them. They found another nail while fixing it but didn’t charge me extra. Great service!!

The tire sensors on my 2012 Toyota Camry malfunctioned and no tire pressures were showing. I went to my Toyota dealer and got an estimate of $400 to over $1000 to fix. Since my car is over 12 years old, they advised me to just check my tires manually. I went to my neighborhood Monro for another opinion, and Jim was able to find and replace the one broken sensor for only $125! They all are working now! I am so happy with the quick service (1.5 hours) and personalized care.

Jim McRoberts and his team took great care of us yesterday - the wind chill was -10. I needed an evaluation done on my tires. All of them were low. Without charging me anything they confirmed that there were "no issues" that needed correcting. Excellent, Trust worthy service. Highly recommend Ashok Ghildyal

Always a great experience at Monro. Customer service is fantastic and service is top notch. I’d pay more for the convenience and service but have found that Monro is competitively priced.
