Dave at Monroe always fits my vehicle in that morning or day: he and his team work on our Ford Escape and now a MINI Cooper and does Oil changes and/or tops up windshield fluid:-). I just wish they had a coffee bar:-)

Came to fix Alternator, battery. Check light was ON , After installed alternator, drove 5miles battery check light came on twice went back . Robert owner of the shop told me l have to buy another alternator and he will charge labor of $281 again because l brought the Alternator part. After l spent $252 for alternator and labor $281 I was totally dissatisfied and annoyed. He later called the tech guy to tighten the belt . This a ripoff shop . I don’t recommend this auto shop.

I requested to have the spare tire down from under the vehicle and see why my front passenger tire went flat. They decided upon themselves to complete a bumper to bumper inspection without my permission. Then, when I was picking it up after telling them no for the repairs. I was told it was time to find a new care because it has 260,000 miles and over $2500.00 in repairs. I said no, it does not. His response was "well Im the one that does it for a living. Took it to another garage to have it looked at.. All repairs are done for not even half the price. Monro is a rip-off and con artist.

I went in as a walk in for a NYS inspection. I feel they were very thorough with my car. They also made some written recommendations for service due to safety reasons, along with estimates. These items I never would have known and I didn't have symptoms. I will be taking my car back for the recommended services. They were very professional.

Every time I bring my car management name Dave always pushes me away every vehicle I bring then one time I brought my Buick and he wanted to mention just get another car when I just purchased the car and I just wanna simple work done to it

I made an appointment with Monro for my inspection. The office was closed when I arrived for my appointment. I called another Monro that did fit me in, which was nice on the last day of the month but then waited over 6 hours for my car because they replaced my rotors with the wrong size and had to do it twice. I will be seeking another service option.

The heat shield on the bottom of our car detached, in the middle of a long road trip. The mechanic at this shop took us in and re-attached the shield. They were so friendly and helpful. Thank you life savers!

Today was my last time going to Penn Ave location. I didn’t appreciate being told I was a hour and a half late for my appointment in which I scheduled my appointment for after 4:30pm and then being advised with wrong information about my tires. Also I did not appreciate the mechanic leaving my car to start work on another to avoid a requested tire rotation. Once you cross that line I am done with you. Seek out other vulnerable customers to make your $$

They will fail the inspection and then tell you with a straight face that you need to give them $1000+ for BRAKE PADS to get it inspected. Go literally anywhere else, this place consistently sucks.

I usually have to get an appointment for whatever service I need but since I’m smart and call ahead - that’s no problem. Never been there for more than 45 minutes for the simple stuff. The boys who work there are sweet and nice to look at. Can’t ask for much more!

Went in for an inspection, found out I needed a stabilizer link replacement. They changed it extremely fast, for an extremely affordable price, and even changed my plate bulb without charging for it or mentioning it. All around honest and pleasant shop, in my experience. Dave up front is a good guy
