Bad service and horrible customer service. Stay away from this place I was getting my four tires changed, and an alignment. After my service was complete I noticed that my directional tires were not mounted correctly in order for the rotation to go in the right direction. I took my car back and explained to the manager. He told me what the technician did wrong and what he would have to do to fix it. I did not even receive an apology for the inconvenience from the manager. The technician (that I presume worked on my vehicle initially) came out of the back loudly and perturbed saying that now he would "not be able to eat lunch today!" He then proceeded to get in my car slam the door shut and accelerate my car at high speed back into the garage. He quickly and sloppily redid the tires. He then also slammed my door when getting out after fixing the misplaced tires. When I get in my car the low air sensor is on for the front tire. I proceeded to leave and fill my tire up myself. Even after filling my tires up and driving around the TPMS is still throwing a sensor. Suspect the technician messed up the TPMS when re doing the tires I am extremely upset with the service received. I did not mind a mistake being made but being treated as if I was inconveniencing the shop when they were the ones that made the mistake is unacceptable. I sincerely hope the store and corporate management will take the appropriate steps to reprimand the individual that worked on my car and make him realize that the world isn't all peaches and roses. Sometimes you will have to skip lunch if you do something wrong and it is not right to behave in that manner in front of paying customers.

Easy online scheduling, dropped off for oil change and “check engine light” service. Called when finished to explain the code and what I had to do next. Price was reasonable and turnaround was quick even with me dropping my car off in the morning.

I went here because both headlights were out. I was told that I needed to pay for diagnostic tests to determine the problem. After an hour I was told the problem was a "relay" and I had to go to the dealer to repair. I was never told they could not fix some issues or I would have not paid over $100 for nothing. After going to a real mechanic it was not a relay but the light switch on the steering wheel had to be replaced.

I was there this year 2024. I cannot remember what month however I had a nail in my tire and the young lady at the front desk put a plug in it. I am very grateful to her. I will be needing an oil change this month which is Oct to have them do that for me. Kia Seltos Grateful

Monro Auto Service & Tire Center replaced my defective windshield wiper mechanism this week. The staff are very personable, knowledgeable and friendly. Knowing that my car was going to take a few hours, I settled in for the wait. The manager was kind enough to offer me a ride home. The young man who drove me home was extremely nice, a very careful driver, and easy to talk with. When my vehicle was complete, the same driver came and picked me up to go back for my car. My car repair was completed, and thanks to those who were so personable, knowledgeable and friendly, I was able to enjoy the rest of my day!!! Highly recommend Monro and the staff. 5 stars!!!

I recently had an emergency while driving on the NJ Turnpike on July 4th and ended up with a flat tire. Every other place we contacted was either closed or unable to help, but Monro Tire Center came through for us. Heather was particularly amazing—she was incredibly knowledgeable, more than happy to assist us, and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Thanks to Heather and the team at Monro, we were back on the road in no time. I highly recommend Monro Tire Center for any of your auto service needs!

Would absolutely recommend this shop! We got a flat while on a road trip. I called and was able to get an appointment right away. They were quick to make the repair and even recommended a cute dinner for us to hang out at while we waited. The people there were an absolute pleasure to work!

Edit: went back for new rotors and the car drives great now. Job done well and quickly. 👍 Edit: my car was leaking brake fluid and Steve at Monroe was accommodating to get me in fast and discover a leaking caliper and worn pads. Great service once again!
