6/7/2022 This place wasn’t very impressive at first glance but on the second chance , big big win !! The NEW manager Dustin did everything in his power to regain and maintain my business and when the service was done I indeed drove away the same day with a HUGE smile. Dustin and his team turn my 1star visit into a 5 star experience and I’m more then willing to return for more work in the future. 🤘😎

I called to schedule a appointment because my check engine light was on and I was told my catalytic converter with 02 sensors needed to be replaced by Autozone. When I spoke with the guy he said that's expensive you're looking at about $1200, I said ok can you look at it. He took my name and told me to hold on and never came back to schedule my appointment. I guess he assumed I couldn't afford the repairs and I DEFINITELY CAN. Midas said they will beat the price and happily scheduled me so I guess this turned into a blessing. This place is turning into a dump they need to bring Rob back.

Ive been to monro auto for all my car needs. I must say the guys there that works on my car was very nice and honest with me. I’ve been to multiple repair shops over time. The guys are always trying to hit on me or trying to get over on the fact that I’m a female and it really makes me fill uncomfortable. These guys were very polite and respectful. These guys beat everyone prices at all times and I have the estimates from other shops in the area to prove it. I would definitely recommend you ask for Rob, Aaron, Pierre, or Ryan. These guys stand by they work and I have yet to not feel comfortable allowing them to be my mechanics for regular and more expensive maintenance. !!!!! YOU GUYS ROCK !!!!!

Made an appointment days in advance for services at this location. Arrived and waited for an hour for them to finally tell me “my warranty services are closed, we don’t have the go ahead from them to work on it and we don’t even have your oil for your fancy European car”. I then asked why they didn’t do all this when I first call and he said “it’s cuz you didn’t talk to me on the phone when you call”. Place is a joke, they didn’t even offer another appointment or even try to fix the situation in anyway possible.

I am incredibly grateful for the service I received here - visiting from out of town, needed all new brake pads and rotors in the front (somehow my shop had missed this... ugh) and they got it done quickly on a Sunday. The person at the front desk (wish I could remember his name) was kind, helpful and seemed to genuinely care -- something rare in customer service these days. Thanks again for getting me back on the road quickly.

I would like to SHARE the OUTSTANDING SERVICE that I received today. First off Dustin went above and BEYOND All my expectations. Nothing in his vocabulary was no everything was handled so professionally I was blown away. It's hard to find a business nowadays that operates like that Ryan did the alignment on my 2014 Subaru Forester. I was in the auto industry 35 years that alignment was off the hook. Perfect. I can't say enough about the customer service. My hat's off to these guys and if I could give more than five stars I would. Thanks again guys. See you soon 👍

OK so first of all know it just Sucks when you have to do car work expecially when you are a Woman some places talk to you like your dumb or try to take advantage but here they were Lovely and explained what I needed with the breaks and roters and let me know what other work I would probably need in the future. They were so nice and did some stuff for me for FREE! I would give them 10 stars if I could and will by back maybe with my Hubbys car or if my wonderful Son needs work on his car.

This place is the best!! They got our car in right away and showed us all the parts they had to replace so we knew what was going on. The guys were so nice and did everything so quick! It’s really hard to find a good car repair place so we’re so happy we going Monro!

Went in for an oil change this afternoon and I walked out with a huge smile on my face. The price they initially quoted me was a little out of my price range, but the manager, Dustin, stepped in and made sure I got a price I was comfortable with. They also inspected the rest of my vehicle. They showed me a few things that needed to be addressed at some point, but they weren't pushy or trying to upsell me on anything. They just made sure I was aware of the issue. I respect that and I'll definitely be back in the future.
