Negative 1 star. I made an appointment for an oil change on line. Got a confirmation and drove 19 miles away and they are closed. Even though their sign says open to 5 pm... I'm not happy.. I now am going to get recycled oil at Take 5 which I could have done 14 miles back. I have had great tire service from Monroe... I'm sad that this happened.

Update on my review. Went in to get my new tire I ordered on Amazon and had it shipped to my house. There person who does tires didnt come in until 10. The Manager explained that there online scheduling system doesnt work with individual stores and appligised for the inconvenience. Don't get mad at the storesm there under staffed and corporate uses the worst scheduling system. Be patient with them. These managers are doing there best............I have been trying to get through to this location for an hr and a half. I have talked to scheduling people, and they can't get through either. They just tell me that the service manager is with other customers. Am I not a customer. I have an appointment made at 2 pm to get a new tire since mine is flat. I do not have a common size and know it's not always in stock. I don't believe any place is that busy where they can not pick up the phone. That is just bad customer service. I have used this location before and have always been happy with my service and prices. But now I'm thinking about never using it again. Customer service is more important than the price to me.

6:00pm Oct 29, 2024 Booked an appointment online in an urgent situation, Young woman had blowout heading south. Manager on duty refused service during operating hours. Claimed his help left for the day and had no tools. The manager looked capable of providing service. The claim about tools is clearly BS. This was an easy job, and manager should be reprimanded. Get better people. Do not take your business here.

I visited on a Thursday at 6:00 pm, an hour before the posted closing time of 7:00 pm, but the shop was already closed. After waiting a few minutes, someone came out and told me that everyone had left early and there was no one available to help. If services aren’t available for the last hour, the closing time should be updated to reflect that.

The store manager came in on his day off, with his newborn, to honor the appointment I made. He shouldn’t have to do that. Poor man needs help, corporate overlords.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Went in for a stuck oil drain plug. They checked it and recommended I take it to the dealer since it needed more serious repairs. I appreciate the honesty and no attempts at upselling other services. Will take my vehicle back in the future.

My experience is all ways well thought-out when my car is being served. Once I leave I have a piece of mind knowing I made the right choice with Monro. The Reps are respectful and nice. That is why I will continue to build my relationship with Moro.

My wife was stranded with a flat tire and was able to get over to Monros's in Glendale WI. She worked with Antonio and he was able to repair the tire and get her back on the road immediately. She was with two kids and a little stressed over the situation but Antonio acted with empathy and professionalism. He is a great example of what we are talking about when it comes to spectacular service. Thank you Antonio for coming to the rescue. I can't recommend this place enough because of this employee.

I had a FANTASTIC experience with Robert this past Monday. I was waiting outside the store before it opened because I had to get going to work, and Robert pulled in to start his day. He noticed I was waiting and came up to me to ask what was up. Computer systems weren't on yet, so he grabbed my info, my flat tire, and sent me on my way. I left for work before they even opened. Robert called me twice throughout the day to update me on the process. I explained that my spare is a full tire and I really just need a replacement spare. He found the cheapest tire that matched my specs and even took off the install fee because, well, they weren't installing it. When I arrived there, it was not long before close. Robert was the last one there and still providing excellent customer service. Robert helped me understand that Monro is the place to go!

I've used your service before but at the Brookfield store. They didn't offer any kind of coupons or discount with me spending that type of money. And when it was all said and done still tried to milk me for another $1,200 after I just spent $600.

The service here is exceptional. Robert was so polite and just overall great to work with. Got me in and out. They also offer a military discount. I highly recommend this place and will be back. Thanks for a great service guys!!!

Call center that sets up the appointments are very deceiving- based out of the Philippines. Gal I spoke with yesterday said they had my tire in stock and it would be $129.99. We confirmed tire size and price 3 times. I get to my appt after driving there on a flat, to find out they don't actually have the tire there, it would be a couple of hours and the tire would NOT be anywhere near 129.99 ( it was actually $350) This price was way out of my budget and a waste of time. But the 2 gentleman that were working at the shop were super helpful and kind- ONLY REASON I'm giving them 1 star!

I will come back to this neighborhood location every time. I came in with a tire repair issue. They were kind and prompt and efficient and charged a very fair price. It’s so clear the management cares about community. They helped an elderly lady fix her walker with a weld that I didn’t think could be done. And they were super respectful and just great human beings. Please support this place with your business. You don’t see this every day in this world

The visit was a walk-in. I needed a tire sensor replaced. They took my car right away and fixed the problem. No excuses and no trying to upcharge me with something else.

This is my third time coming here for assistance with my tires. The staff are always friendly and efficient. I did think it was a bit odd that when I called to see if there was any availability my call was routed to a call center overseas. It may be more efficient just to have someone from the physical location take the calls, but that is just my suggestion. The staff here are awesome. Thank you!!!

If you must use this shop, GET A SECOND OPINION BEFORE YOU AGREE TO REPAIRS. They quoted me over 600 for brake repairs. I took it to Firestone and they filled my brake fluid for free. The problem was solved

My car wouldn’t start on Saturday( 4/13/24). I had my vehicle towed to Monro that Saturday evening. I received a call Monday morning with a gentleman from Monro, I believe his name was Al. Al kept me updated about my vehicle and gave honest feedback on what parts were needed and replaced which I really appreciated the clear communication. I feel for the parts that were replaced and work done on my vehicle was a fair amount. Keep up the good work guys.

I normally dont leave reviews, especially bad ones but this was too shiesty. I took my truck in. (engine service light evap codes) paid for their diagnostic check. They told me the truck needed $1900 worth of work. 2 days later im talking to a coworker about it and he says "check your gas cap" and turns out it was loose and the very next day my service light went off and hasn't came back on since. That was 2 weeks ago.

My girlfriend scheduled an appointment with Monroe for a flat tire to be replaced. She called on Monday and our appointment was for Saturday. When I came in to drop off the tire Friday evening I was told they hadn't ordered the tire yet. They got the tire done on Saturday but closed 30 minutes before the posted time. Got the tire Monday and it was inflated to 55 lbs. It was 25 pounds over inflated. Overall just really unimpressed by the customer service and won't be returning.

The service at this location is top notch. I have been bringing vehicles of different makes and models here since first moving to the area. They have never been anything less than professional and exceptionally talented technicians. Their customer service is always excellent.
