I went there at 7:30 in the morning and waited for 1.5 hours and the shop was still closed, then I went at 5pm and it was still closed

Lou was a lifesaver! Came in with a rusted exhaust and rattling muffler. He got us back on the road quickly and gave us tons of great advice on what to do next, what our options were, etc.

Lou really hooked me up when I really needed it. First time in the area and he made me feel so comfortable and talked with me the whole time. Definitely coming back every time I need new tires or work on my car! Recommend 100%!!

Lou to the rescue! I cannot say enough good things about my experience here. I was moving my son in at Pitt and woke up to flat tire as I was headed out for my 5 1/2 drive back home. Lou got me on my way with a repaired tire in less than an hour and was extremely friendly and professional. Highly recommend Lou and Monro - responsive and dependable.

Staff was friendly but was very slow. I booked a 11:30 appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Didn’t take my Escalade in til after 12 and had to remind them that they were supposed to rotate my tires as well. They almost pulled it out of the bay without doing so. Ended up being there for over an hour for an oil change and tire rotation. I also over heard them saying that their Inspection License has been suspended so if you see this don’t plan on getting that done there.

terrible place! dropped my car off to literally just get looked at 8 hours ago and i call they haven’t even looked at it and are closing they wasn’t even gonna give me my car back after closing

These guys quickly fixed my flat tire and were clear with how long it would take and how much it would cost. Very happy and will be using them again if I have any tire issues.

They told me my car was safe to drive but I had 2 other mechanics tell me it wasn’t . And they charged me an outrageous price to get a new exhaust

Just received a great oil change service! Made an appointment in the morning for the afternoon. I was there maybe 35 minutes if that. Smooth service. Great customer service. Very close to home. Will go there again. Thanks Guys!

Great prompt service! I stopped in for 4 new tires and they ordered them in for me. They checked my brakes and oil while I was in. The whole service was ahead of schedule and under the estimated price. They kept me in the loop every step of the way and provided excellent customer service. All three guys I interacted with were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend this spot for new tires and I'll be back in the future.
