First I want to say thank you for being open on Sunday. Paul and Hayden were a delight to work with. Paul was very transparent about what needed done, and I he time frame I had to do all items. He made it very seamless and keep me within budget while getting the work done! Much appreciated.

Got appointment early however they need to be careful while changing engine oil. They broke our cap saying the cap was to tight from whoever changed last time and broke it so we got charge close to $200. Very dissapointed.

Needed tires mounted and balanced for my 24 mustang GT. Called and they basically immediately set me up for an appointment which was great. I ended up buying the wrong wheels and they wouldn't fit my car (dumb mistake by me). They took care of the service I needed and quickly despite all that. However, my mustang came stock with different size tires 275s on the back with a 50+ offset and 255s on the front with a 35+ offset. The front right and back left were put back on incorrectly and by the time I was a mile from the shop I had a nice cloud of burnt rubber and smoke trailing my car. It was end of day so shop had closed down. Had to call someone to bring a jack and some wood blocks and do the change ourselves in a Comcast parking lot. Good service in general but be careful if your car has offset requirements

Took my car in for an inspection and an oil change and ended up having problems with my rear lights. The staff took the time to figure out what was going on and fix it for me at no charge. They did an awesome job and i appreciate the services they provided

An absolutely wonderful experience! My check engine light on my car came on while driving to work and the car lost power. My warranty company had the Robinson location listed as a preferred repair facility. I dropped it off and Paul, the service advisor, was excellent from start to finish. I though I would be without a vehicle for a couple of days, but they were able to fix the car (replaced fuel injector(s) and spark plugs) in under 24 hours and the car is running better than before! I will definitely use them again for any of my automotive needs!

PENNY PINCHERS at its finest… I went in last week to get a state inspection and oil change done on my car for them to tell me I have 2 problems that require me paying almost 2600 yeah $2,600 ridiculous so I told them to put my car back down and just do the oil change fast forward the next day I go to start my car to go to work and it has problems starting now DIDNT BEFORE I WENT THERE didn’t clear the oil change message upon screen and still pocketed out almost $200 Will not be returning for business

I got new tires from these guys when I was in Pittsburgh on business. They were extremely helpful and professional. They were easy and courteous to work with. The technicians also did a great job installing the new tires and aligning the truck. I would greatly recommend these guys to anyone needing auto maintenance!

I took my car in when I arrived for my scheduled appointment time. They were friendly and answered my questions. I was out within a reasonable time frame. This is Mt second year using them for inspections. I highly recommend them.

Awesome people and service at Monro on 410 Home Drive! During a recent visit to Pittsburgh, I encountered a brake problem. Understanding my situation as a visitor, Blade, the technician, promptly diagnosed the issue. He discovered a brake line leak and recommended a solution that fit my travel plans. Additionally, he performed a multi-point checkup and tightened the wheel bolts, all free of charge! Highly recommended!

Disgusting service from the manager! The other employee was super nice….called the Corporate office and never got a call back….they don’t seem to care what type of service is given to certain customers. Will never go back.

Booked appointment online after my tires arrived. Spoke with tech about a key drop because I started work before shop opened. Dropped the car off and put key in drop box. I was busy working and called the shop around 1pm and the tech had no idea about my car, he saw it and thought it was completed. He said he was off the day before. Huge lack of communication and professionalism. I arrive around 315pm and it appears they had just taken my car in to get started. I then had to sit there for hours while they did the work that should have already been completed. I will never use Monro again.

Yo no entiendo mucho de auto o de motores. Yo me subo al auto y le pongo bencina. Por eso es super importante contar con un Tecnico asesor que sea confiable y aquí encontré un excelente servicio, super profesionales y transparentes! No salen con sorpresas y vostos extras. Se los recomiendo 100% un agradecimiento especial a Alan que en el meson de entrada me explico todo!
