Made an appointment for a state inspection and oil change. Have have been waiting for over 4 hours. A really inexcusable amount of time. Edit: when they finally finished, the guy ringing me up was on the phone the entire time, so he didn't even acknowledge it took a long time and I didn't even get the chance to say anything.

I Urgently needed to get tire air filled but he refused making an excuse or I would said he lied that service members are completing their shift because it was trivial job. I would have appreciated little honesty.

Scheduled appointment for state inspection online, Saturday 11AM drop-off. Kid behind counter can't do anything, even check us in. He goes and gets his boss from in the garages. Checks in the car, takes the keys, and says "We have one car to look at before yours, then we'll call when you can come pick it up." The entirety of Saturday goes by and I drive by a couple of times and don't see the car even move throughout the day. It was moved into one of the garage spaces and left overnight into Sunday. I figured that would put me at the top of the list for Sunday, but alas... I get a Voicemail left at 4:46 PM on Sunday night saying "The car is ready to get picked up..... We leave at 5." It's a good thing I didn't need the vehicle to get to work on Monday morning, because I'd be S.O.L. I guess this is a learning lesson, plan for 15+ business hours to inspect a Honda with an appointment. (or go somewhere else)

Nobody loves being at an auto shop, so I give them grace to start with, but this place was truly the worst. I came for a new tire pressure monitor sensor and an oil change, was told I didn’t need to drop my car off, so I didn’t arrange being picked up. I sat for 4 and a half hours while they all stood around looking clueless. After that I had my husband pick me up, but I made sure to check before I left that they would rotate my tires, as it comes with the oil change. I came back an hour later to my car parked out front and the tires not rotated. To which they told me they all just need replaced soon, so there was no point in rotating them. The back look brand new and the front have some wear. And then I paid $400 for it. I want to be generous to those in a profession that’s often criticized but wow.

The worst experience ever. I needed simple oil change, which I used to do in my local garage for 50-60$. I moved to different area and I have scheduled appointment with Monro but different location. I found a coupon for on Groupon where it’s 69.99 instead of 90$. After I scheduled appointment over the phone, someone called me and said they don’t have my oil and they will have to cancel service. Well, I already purchased coupon and I was refer to West view location. It was supposed to be 12pm and lasts for 45 min, instead they made me wait 30 min just to pull my in for into the system.. well I asked again how long would it take? They said 45 min to an hour. Alright, so guess how long did it actually take? 2 hours!!! And plus 30 min spent to take my information. I had only one hour lunch break and I wouldn’t schedule if it takes more than 2 hours. LASTLY, I was charged extra 30$ for SERVICE FEE. I am looking at receipt and it’s says “miscellaneous fee”. I asked cashier what is that even for? They didn’t know themselves. So I ended up paying 100$. I could have gone to Valvoline and have quick and professional service maybe even free coffee. I wouldn’t recommend anyone this location. The worst experience ever

Abysmal customer service. They couldn't take me for the appointment THEY told me to come in for so had to reachedule. Then when I arrived 5 min before opening to pay and get my car so I could go to work, I waited for 40 min (mostly outside in the cold because they wouldn't allow me to come in the lobby) until the manager arrived at 8:05. Will not go back.

Been a customer at this location for the past four years. Never again. Over 200 for an oil change. Price has doubled since my last oil change. Advice to management, let people know before hand how much they are going to be charged so they can see make a decision not after all the work has been completed.

Workers were nice. Prices ridiculous. Whatever you think your bill is, be prepared to add an additional $100 to it. Monroe needs more up front Billing. I will never go there again and would not recommend to anyone. Just ridiculous

Monro as a company is a disgrace. They gave two techs covering from Ohio. Don't even know the state laws. Can't use the computer system. Pressure me to pay cash. Gave me a hand written bill of sale the likes of an elementary school journal. The boys cared about what they were doing... But absolutely cannot be permitted to run a shop alone, yet that is what Monro corporate did. Shut it down

Please read and reconsider before doing business with these people. Your money and more importantly your physical safety would be at risk if you decide to. Is the oil change place down the street on lunch break? Wait an hour, or go elsewhere... I will try and keep this brief; this location does not deserve to be in business. I recently went to this location for an oil change and was out in about 30-40 minutes. Sticker and oil life changed on the display, I was off on a road trip. The problem? THAT IS ALL THEY DID!! I know it sounds unbelieveable, but not only did they not change my oil, the oil filter was finger-loose (which I am speculating was intentional), causing a significant leak (this is how I noticed there was a problem). I took the car to another Monro location and they were flabbergasted because they discovered I was completely defrauded and put in danger. The manager at the other location (she was very helpful) informed me my engine could have blown up as a result. She brought up the issue to corporate, so I can only hope a proper investigation will take place, because this was clearly more than incompetence, which would have been bad enough. I don't know what kind of scheme they were trying to pull exactly, but don't let it happen to you! Btw, everything I am stating here has been documented not only by myself, but the other Monro location that actually helped me sort this out.

West view guys were super friendly and got me in ASAP however I just had my brakes done in the last 2 months and they have been making an awful noise. Took my car to my friend’s uncle’s shop and when they took it apart he said it looks like they used bad material. For how much I paid, not impressed in the slightest.

I came in for a possible issue with my car. The technician checked it thoroughly, found nothing wrong, and didn’t try to charge me for something I didn’t need. I appreciate that kind of honesty because you definitely don’t get that everywhere. As I feel this is a trustworthy business, I would recommend them to others and plan to return.

Westview Monroe was a pleasure to bring my car in for an inspection, and a front end alignment. Dropped off my,picked it up at end of day.The folks were super friendly. The prices were to be expected. No upcharging, no wierd car questions. In and out!
