Beyond upset. I have been taking my car here for years. John is always nice, and helpful and fixes my issues. This last visit the tech Andrew lied. I came in for my engine light, and he asked if my car was starting I advised it was but sometimes I had to try more than once. I bring it in he says it's a large emissions leak. I pay $560 to get that and an oil change. The next day the light is on. He says oh I can connect it to the smoker I have to get one from another shop and these issues are a “pain” to fix. I said okay no call or anything about him getting the machine. I called because the light came back on. I came back to him and Rob said the issue is resolved but they can't get it to clear. I asked several times did they fixed the issue they said yes. This is now the 3rd time I brought the car back. Rob says I know a guy at a Jeep dealership you need to get the car flashed I said okay. I called Jeep it cost $189 to have it done. I went to another shop they scanned it and code came up large and small emissions leak. I called Robert today and advised him the issue is still showing that it wasn't fixed. He gets extremely rude with me tries to over talk me and says well my tech said he told you this issue has several parts we told you the first party. I said no he did not. He said well uou have to take it ro Jeep not the small local shops. So what did I just pay for? I hung up. I will be calling corporate I want a refund becuse my issue is not fixed and these guys are trying to play games. I am a single mother also caregiving for my elderly mother. I do not need anymore issues and this is now a major issue. If Andrew didn’t know how to fix the issue he shouldn't have touched it! The fact hat the manger said I shouldn't take my car to local shops is INSANE when the ONLY shop that has worked on my car is this one. I am pissed off and I will take this complaint as high as I can. This is very wrong, especially for someone who’s been a repeat customer. I use my car for work and to take care of my family the complete disregard for my car is crazy. I will get my refund and never come to this “local shop” again. I will get the issue fixed but I will never recommend anyone get any work done at tjis location because they will lie about the work done on your car. They also gave me a work order that doesnt show what they did or the leak.

First time in 30 years I've gone to a monroe muffler.bought some tires online had them install them in out 1 .5hour. the manager is very personable.and very fare,when I saw him talking to customers.

Stopped into the shop looking for a part that no other part store had locally. I talked to the manager, Robert Baker, who said he didn’t have anything new for me, but to give him a minute. He came back a few minutes later with the exact part I needed that he had saved from an old job they had done. He saved me from having to search all over Rochester, and didn’t even want any money for it! Talk about customer service at a time where it is lacking just about everywhere else you go.

They were able to get us in on short notice. When I went to get car the job was incomplete- the blower motor was fixed but the air conditioning was still not working. I was not very nice about the repair not being complete. We left the car there and told them we wanted a call from the manager the next morning. The manager did call first thing, apologized for the misunderstanding and resolved the issue. I am very happy with the way that the manager resolved the issue. I would go back in the future. It was an inconvenience and a misunderstanding but they handled it professionally.
