I have had several wonderful experiences at this Monro location. Gordie has always been very thorough in explaining my options for tires and giving me advice on the best option for my vehicle. Nelson is also great to work with. I will be back again, for sure - and would highly recommend them!

Quick. They took care of the oil change and recommended additional service for the next time around. Thank you. I worked using the guest Wi-Fi as I waited. Another visit Cold January day, polar vortex, car won't start. After AAA jumped the car, Monro could accommodate. They installed a new battery. Car starts up well daily in the continued cold snap.

While others said they were too busy for a brake job, they got the work done plus more in one day. Talked about options, clarified what I wanted before completing work, and offered a good price on future work. Great customer care in clean, professional environment. My go-to for all our cars.

The manager called me and listed three options for the repair work. The first option was the least expensive for me. He would try this one first and let me know the results. This one worked.

I pulled in at 6:55pm needing a plug in a tire and the guy closing the shop before their close time was all full of grease says sorry, can't help we have no mechanics here and closed the door and locked up. Prior to going we called and got no answer. This place needs to shut down, rude and not friendly at all

GUYS! PLEASE DON'T VISIT THIS SERVICE SHOP. All the BLACK MEN who are working at the store were pointing at customers and laughing at them, making them feel uncomfortable. This happened with me and my family I had to stop by due to very low air pressure in my car. They checked my car while they were joking around WATCHING my mom, dad, and me sitting at the reception. They called me and told they cannot fix it and they purposefully told me that I need to buy a new tire which is TOTALLY FALSE (It has been fixed later in another shop). I asked them if they can remove the nail and fix it without replacing the tire, they were continuously laughing at my face and it really made me angry and sad. Due to people like this, ALL BLACK MEN IN COUNTRY ARE loosing respect! These guys needs to be punished. PS: The other guy at a different service shop who repaired my car is a BLACK guy too. I have respect for him. But these guys at Monro Service are such a bunch of loosers and racists.

I went in for a break check on my Jeep after being told by Marina they were bad and couldn't pass inspection. I asked to look at the issue at Marina, and I could see my breaks were fine. They never even took my tires off. At Monro, they verified they were good and also did my inspection. They were very pleasant to deal with. I will go back to them when I need something more.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I walked in and wasn’t even greeted. The manager was busy on his computer didn’t even acknowledge my presence. Then walked in and out to the shop twice before asking me what I needed. I simply wanted my tires AS tire’s checked + Air. Also to inquire about purchasing a set . I was told i could get no air at the time.”in a shop that services tires?? “ ODD but okay….. It would be over an hour wait but if I wanted tires I could proceed. I ultimately declined as I could clearly see vehicles being worked on which 10/10 would need air in the tires I’m certain. Overall poor customer service and just 0 lack of concern when potentially gaining a new customer. I took my vehicle up the road to Mavis Discount Tire and I’m beyond happy I did so! 0-10 wouldn’t recommend!

I made an appointment last week to get my tires replaced today. Show up for my appointment only to find out they don't have me in their system and my tires are not in stock. Asked what they could do and got nothing. Now I'm at Dunn Tire down the street getting better service. Not good Monroe, terrible customer service.

Stopped here for first time to put some air in my tires, funny thing, they told me they don't have no air when I can see clearly workers putting some air in someone else's tires. RUDE AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
