I was having a tire emergency from hitting a curb and it was a Friday and they seemed to be really busy here, but they still were able to fit me in and put 4 new tires on my car that day so I could pick up my car that afternoon. The man working the front desk was very nice even though it seemed they were swamped at the time I picked up my car.

I was scheduled for an appointment on Saturday and when I arrived they told me that someone had called in sick asked to reschedule me. It was very inconvenient that I was not called beforehand and I had to plan my entire day off around an appointment they could not make but I was understanding that these things happen. At my rescheduled appointment a part broke and they were unable to get the replacement that night and I could not pick my car up until 24 hours after I had dropped it off. The reason I am giving one star is because when I arrived to pick up my car their technician had left my keys in the car and my window down. I have no idea how long my car sat like and it could have been stolen or damaged by weather. My car was there for an entire day! I don't even know if it was locked that night. I am very upset with the lack of care that was taken with my car and when I looked upset when informed my keys had been left in my unlocked car I was told that they hadn't had issues with anyone messing with the cars as they were parked in front of the open garage. That absolutely does not mean it was safe!

Went in for a seasonal tire change, which I had an appointment for, and I waited for 5 hours for the job to be completed. Only to come back the next day because I had noticed that one of my wheel locks was damaged in the process. The shop did not report this me, nor the technician that worked on my car, but I have a suspicion they knew that damage was done. I went back the same day I changed my tires, and the manager immediately said that he would replace it free of charge without looking at the wheel. He told me he would call back the next day to schedule a time to get the issue resolved--he never did and I had to call them only to find out the manager would not be in the shop for the next couple days. Luckily, the other technician was willing to work on it. I came in, and she spent 2 hours on a WHEEL LOCK replacement because the initial technician over torqued the living shit out of the original ones (probably the reason for the damaged wheel lock). So much so that a torch had to be used to try and loosen the bolt out of the wheel. You can tell the other technician was visibly frustrated at her coworker's work and I do not blame her. Horrible service, the shop is disorganized, and I would not recommend this shop for such a simple job such as a seasonal tire change. (thank you to the other technician for helping me out and for correcting the mistakes)

I went in just to ask for air in one tire (I have a slow leak). They said it would be a Ten dollar charge!!!!! Other monro mufflers do this for FREE. This location is absolute garbage as they truly tried to rip me off on something that shops do for free.

I first went to BJ's Wholesale for 2 new tires as I have a membership. They rudely told me since I didn't get the existing tires at BJs they couldn't help me. I was furious. Came to Monro and met the nicest man, Reshard,who was empathetic and took care of me right away. Was on my way with new tires reasonably priced within an hour!

This location is always short-staffed. I had an appt for an oil change and state inspection and was told when I walked thru the door he was the only one there and would not have time to do it. Why wasn't I called beforehand? It's unprofessional and unacceptable that they are so short-staffed for years now

Absolutely awful. Worst customer service experience I have ever had. I needed a simple tire replacement because mine had a slow leak. I ordered a tire on Monday, they told me the tire would be there the next day which was perfect because I had an appointment on Wednesday. When I dropped the truck off on Wednesday at noon I was told it would be an hour and they would call when it was done. Long story short, I waited over 5 hours because the incompetent employee who took my call on Monday never placed the tire order so it needed to be delivered. On top of that, I got quoted $268 plus tax over the phone and when I picked the truck up I was told it would be $448. I explained this to the staff who didn't seem to care and told me that was the price. I then went outside to leave and looked at the new tire and I couldn't believe when I saw that they had installed the wrong model tire. I then went back into the store and told an employee and she told me that she couldn't give me a refund and that I would have to come back the next day and speak with the manager. At that point I had about had it with the absolute incompetence and terrible customer service and after about a half hour of arguing back and forth I finally got a refund and the original tire I came with put back on the truck. Extremely frustrating and a waste of my time. Terrible experience.

An out-of-town friend was visiting, and heard a rattling in her car. It was a Sunday, and fortunately, Monro was open. They discovered and fixed the problem quickly—and no charge! So, when we needed some service on our older car, I went back to Monro, remembering their honesty and great service. We were not disappointed! Rashad kept us updated on what was needed and when some ordered parts were expected. The bill was very reasonable, their customer service was great, and they did great work. Thanks to Rashad and the whole team at Monro, and we will definitely return for any car repairs.

I’ve been at this location 3 times and have always been treated fairly. Rashad is friendly and professional. I’ve had an oil change, 4 new tires and a NYSI. My vehicle was done when I was told it would be. Highly recommend this location.

This place is not reliable. I went there to fix a check engine light and replace two tires. They charged me more than the initial quoted amount. The quotation was to replace the purge valve and the oxygen sensor (estimate was something around $320). When I was there to pick my car, they charged me $528 for replacing the purge valve and the vent valve. I’m not sure what parts were exactly replaced. The mechanic with long hair was not helpful or transparent. It seems he is experimenting his skills and we are paying for their training. He is not confident and seems to lack skills. Overall the customer service is awful.

Horrible communication between customer and customer service. Went in for one thing that was fixed, came out with two more broken parts they broke on their end that they were trying to convince me that I broke it when it was damaged when it came out of their shop.

Had a FLAT TIRE Saturday evening! Figured I'd have to wait till Monday to be mobile again, as there was a problem with my donut. Then, remembered I'd, occasionally, used a Monro Tire ON A SUNDAY MORNING, that was located, conveniently, near my home. It was not only open, but, also, had the exact tire I needed. The price was reasonable and I could pick it up immediately. On the phone and at the shop, Michael was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I would trust him & this place for more services, than just buying a tire. As a senior widow, I feel I'm at risk of being cheated, especially financially, on auto maintenance and repairs.

I choose to travel miles from my home. I also travel about 6 other monre shops to go to this particular shop. RESHARD IS FANTASTIK. HE TAKES CARE OF HIS CLIENTS LIKE FAMILY. I WAS WAITING FOR my work to be done and I spoke with another customer and we both drive fust for his servis!!

Scheduled an appointment online and got the confirmation. When arrived in shop they told me I had to wait until all other cars were done, because nobody called them for an appointment. Unacceptable behavior!

Incompetence at its finest. Lost my appointment, then claimed car wouldn’t pass inspection for a missing seat belt clip, which was in place the entire time.

Squeezed me in today to replace a tire. The person on duty was very customer oriented and gave good customer service. Not my first time there. Always try hard to accommodate customer's urgency of repairs. Convenient location. Very satisfied with service & repairs received.
