I made an appointment fir an oil change and half hour before the appointment they call saying the tech left early so they rescheduled the appointment for the next day and when I got there they tell me we have no oil and tell me to go to Howard rd I ended up going to dewey Latta where they took care of me

Went there for a simple battery replacement, took them over 5 hours. Managed to break my windshield wiper and had to wait for them to get the replacement part. My headlights also suddenly no longer worked once they were done. The mechanic walked around doing nothing for an hour while I waited for them to finish up. Both the mechanic and the front desk associate clearly do not want to work there and don’t know what they are doing either.

Had to change my appointment because a few people called in, at new time got my vehicle in right away, was done in timely manner, the coupon i had was for an oil change and tire rotation, they didn't do rotation, other than that good job.

I went there this morning to get an inspection. I dropped the car off at 9:30am and was told then, that noone would be in till noon to inspect it. Then they call me and tell me I have a leaking gasket and I need a new air filter so I fail inspection. Told me it would cost OVER $700 to pass. Called up my mechanic brother who met me up there. Their "inspector" repeated why it failed. My brother asked him to bring up the law as to how it failed. "Inspector" says he doesn't have to do that but he CAN refuse us service. We were well spoken and polite but this man was extremely rude. When car was pulled out, it was evident that it had not even been run through machine as my old sticker was still on. I will be reporting this to NYS as refusing to do an inspection is illegal. I will never do business with this company again and I will let all my friends and family know.

Well I made the appointment for inspection and when I got there the person to do the inspection was gone home. Made appointment for the next day , went there and this time the NYS inspection system had issues . I will never waste my time to make appointment at this place. Ever .

Don’t take your car here. The staff admitted that they input made up information into their system. They had my vehicle in their system under 3 accounts but surprisingly got the correct VIN. I originally brought my car in to get new brakes while they were running a “special” which in hindsight, wasn’t any better of a deal than if I had taken it somewhere else. Had an issue with the brakes after 4 months and they stated I drove 14,000 miles in that time frame so it was out of warranty. For context, that’s 2 round trip cross country drives that I don’t remember taking. Once I told the manager that’s impossible, he admitted that previous employees would enter random numbers for mileage. They finally agreed to honor their warranty and replace the rotors. I was told this was a quick “less than an hour job.” This was also a lie as it took them 4 hours to replace 2 rotors. They apparently didn’t have the correct tools on hand and had to wait for an employee to show up in order to take off a bolt that he’s “never seen before on a Jeep.” After all this they left an oily rag in my cup holder. If I could give less than 1 star, I would. Save yourself the hassle and go to a real shop instead of this Super Cuts for cars.

I didn't like that they supposed to open at 7:30 but didn't get there till 8:20. Didn't like that I suppose to have free tire rotation but got charge $30 for balancing my tire service that I didn't ask for

I like this place. In the future I will continue to come here. And I'll refer friends and family members to Monroe service and tire center. I needed some other repairs done on my car. So I asked da guy that was working at the front desk, and he said no I don't need that repair service at this time. At least he was being honest. Some car shops are not honest when it comes to repairs. And he gave me a referral. He told me more about Mitsubishi auto dealers.

Very low!!! "Quality" service!!! They cannot replace the wheel. The master hits the wheels with a hammer, the wheels are damaged. Replacing 4 wheels cost 2 hours.

Steve is one of the best employees they have. He helped with the issue and fix the problem 100% honest guy. Highly recommend to go here. He went above and beyond to help us and will always be a permanent shop for services. Thanks Steve again for everything.

I had a noon appointment literally just to have 4 tires balanced and valve stem replacement. Sat there for an hour just to be told hey sorry had a guy call in sick and now we can’t do it. No hey it might be another hour or w.e. But just to throw me out the door after an hour already. Terrible customer service.

The workers and Manager did a great job and were accommodating. I did have an issue with the companies call center to make the appointment. I was supposed to get a confirmation I never received it. I called back and spoke to a "host" told them i did not receive confirmation they were to transfer me to the store. That did not happen. I called back explained the situation to another host who was very rude!! She transferred me again to who knows where. I had to call back again no one at these appointment call center were able to help. I went to the store for when I was supposed to have my appointment and I was not in the system!! However, the manager got me in even though they were backed up and short staffed. ***I think the company needs to rethink this call center and put it back to where the actual store makes the appointments, this would save the company money and alot of aggravation on the part of the customer.

Don’t recommend coming here. They are incapable of the simple stuff. Couldn’t even do a simple oil change for me without cross threading the plug. I leaked oil for days and my car was in the shop for days fixing it. Also having an appointment means nothing here.

Do yourself a favor and do not take your car here. The manager can be over zealous about minuscule issues. I tried to work with the manager even contacted supervisor and no one could empathize with me regarding the issue. All in all a real player never gets played you guys lost a frequent client. Will be leaving a more detailed reviews on YouTube, Redditt and BBB. I’ll be sure to steer a few customers away from this place.

Fat guy working on my car stole my old iPhone out of my car!! Be careful leaving your car there they’ll rummage through your car to see if there’s something valuable!! Working with Corporate to assist on this issue

I used to love this place but it’s different. I went for a tire change recently and I have wheel locks. Instead of being asked where the wheel lock key was the guy rummaged through my whole car and took everything out of my trunk and even managed to unplug my subwoofer just to look for the wheel lock instead of taking 2 seconds to ask me where it is. Secondly after getting my new tires and a balance they gave me my car back completely off balance. Shaking at 40mph. I took my car back and they drove it around a lot and finally “fixed it” well unfortunately the balance was still off. Had to go to the dealer to get the tires rebalanced. Such a shame. This place used to be top notch. Employees even showed up late to open the shop. Avoid this one. I spent $900 this day for multiple things and they still managed to mess up the most simple part of it.

I'm very happy with the services provided by the crew at Monro. Al the store manager called me dnd let me know the problems and have me vehicle repair the very next day. Most places are over charging people for work but not this location and they allow you to bring your own parts if needed
