Will never use this place again. They are thief.They will take stuff out your a car even if you have locked in your car in the glove department.Anything available?Do not leave in your car at all.They will go through your s*** and they will take items out in the Deny whole process.Even when you have a camera inside your truck to record it.All.I'm not done with them.They're going to see what happened when they steal from the wrong person.

So I have taken my truck here before and always had fairly decent to good experiences. Sadly, this doesn't hold true when my wife went alone. I made an oil change and tire rotation appointment for her and they attempted one of those high pressure you need new tires and an alignment for $1000 or else kind of sales pitches. Now two tires are bad and need replacing but none are wearing unevenly and the other 2 have plenty of tread left. I was able to calm her down and she safely drove to Ithica right after this appointment with zero issues. While it was snowing. Sad day .

I went in for a scheduled oil change after work. The mechanic said he can't do it because his employee went to the ER. I said ok I turned around and walked away and he yelled at me and said I was being rude. He told me not to come back to the store and began yelling at the top of his lungs as if I was his child. I never felt so disrespected by a business in my entire 38 years on Earth. And you did this infront of my child. How rude.

Abe on EASTRIDGE and his team took the time to listen to my car concern, efficiently solve the problem and returned my car to me in less than 2 hours. Extremely efficient, good communicators. Any time I have an issue, I come to Monroe Muffler, and GUARENTEED my problems are fixed. If for whatever reason something happened, I know I could bring it back for further help at an affordable rate. Abe saved the day for me and saved me lots of money. Thank you everyone

I went to get new tires and found out the guy from last week lied. I didn't need new ones. I feel so bad for the manager working today. He has no employees helping him. This is not great customer service and we've been going there for years. It's never been this bad

Went into this place for a wheel alignment. I had issues with my car prior to coming in but the guys working did what they could. They all seem like a legitimate group of dudes that work well together and the new store manager seems like a great dude to do business with. I highly recommend this location. Before I drive back to Chicago from Rochester I’m going to have these guys work on a few more things. Very impressed with the car service but more importantly the customer service.

At check in I had to gather all of the car information . Went in for a Full Synthetic oil change with a rotation using a Groupon . Ended up with a Blended Synthetic oil change without a rotation, not what I paid for. Oil dripping in the driveway at home . Under the engine was left a mess and wasn’t cleaned up. I’m not happy.

Cannan and his team were terrific. Took my car in on time for my oil changed and when I brought up another concern they addressed it and fixed the problem. The shop it’s self was extremely hot due to there air conditioner being broken but Cannan put the fan he was using in my direction to keep me comfortable while I waited.

I always get taken care of 100%. CJ rhe owner is the best he does the best work on my van. I have a handicap van and a lot of places won't work on because of the ramp but they take extra good care of my van. I just want to say thank you for going out of your way. Stefanie

I've come to this place multiple times and the doors to the bay are closed, either no one's there or wants to work. I went there with a Groupon and no one knew what they were doing and they told me to take my Groupon some where else that they didnt care if they had my business or not!! They don't wanna work. I used to come here before when a different manager worked.. I think his name was Abe he was super professional and nice and was so helpful in explaining what I needed done and why. This place deserves a zero and shut down.

This place is a joke. I went to get new tires put on and whole place reeked of cigarettes and weed. I have asthma and I had to walk outside because the smell was HORRIBLE. the staff was having a cook out on a silver grill with loud music I was trying to talk to them even the manager and they didn't care that I wanted to get new tires. They were sooo busy working on a motorcycle they couldn't be bothered to help other people. I used to come here a while back ago and the manager Abe had it organized and always willing to help people and it never reeked this bad. The whole office just smelled awful. Whoever hired the clowns at this place need to go back to the circus where they belong.

Will never come to this place again !!!! The older gentleman in the front was nasty and rude !!!!!! Told him I was going to complaint and was going to right a review, he yelled out to me “go ahead, I don’t care “ with other customers in the waiting area, so unprofessional, who ever the owner is should get rid of him IMMEDIATELY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This place is horrible. Totally unethical practice. I went there for a simple New York State inspection. Their instrument was faulty or something was wrong with their Internet connection. He still charged me the money and wasted almost an hour sitting there. He never Accepted that his instrument was faulty. Next day, I got it from another place and was done in few minutes. They seriously need to get their instruments . I think the New York State DMV should debar from conducting state inspection To avoid unnecessary harassment To the public. People should avoid going to him for any service

CJ, Adam, and Anthony are the names that I remember. They are excellent gentlemen! I limped my car to the Monroe muffler on Main and Hudson Street location. When I walked in I asked if they had time to look at my car but, I didn't have an appointment. We scheduled a date for me to come back. I put my car in reverse and was just driving forward when Adam came running out and stopped me. Apparently CJ saw me from the work bay and yelled, "stop her!" My rear tire was ready to fall off! They took my car in immediately started assessing the issue. They said, "that in good conscience they couldn't let me risk driving with such a dangerous problem." After leaving it for a day they had it all fixed, for a very reasonable price. Super, wonderful people! Thank you so much!

I would recommend this place to anyone I had my wheel bearing done there yesterday and it was such a fast process and the manager Brett was amazing and very knowledgeable and helped me understand how the bearing went bad and checked over the rest of the car for me if anyone needs any work done there make sure to ask for Brett.

They have amazing customer service, extremely knowledgeable and the assistant manager Bret was one of the greatest i will definitely come back for all the services they provide😁
