I’ve never met a more honest experienced mechanic than Pedro and his team I have been coming to him since 2014 brought my Audi , then suburban and now Tahoe nothing but satisfaction every time I leave with my vehicle they treat you like family and care about the cars and trucks they fix I recommend to anyone who’s always wanting to make sure there vehicle is in top condition I used to live in Columbus, I now live in Cincinnati I drive or tow my vehicles because I trust no one else but monster car garage !

I set an appointment in November of 2020 to drop my car off several weeks later in December to have some bodywork done. My mother and father had a lot of work done there and recommended them to me. They never even came out to look at the items I needed fixed but gave me a verbal estimate of about $1500. Then they never even looked at my car for weeks. It sat on their lot for over a month before they even looked at it. They then gave me an estimate of over $2300 and it would have been closer to $3,000 once all the parts and work was complete. I decided to just take it elsewhere. I went to pick it up and the brand new battery I had installed when I bought was dead because the car had been sitting for weeks on their lot without the engine being run. Also one of the tires was nearly flat and the air bag light is on now. If that wasn't enough, they charged me $129 for this experience. My mother feels awful for having recommended this place to me. This is hands down the worse customer service I have ever experienced from any company in my life. I would never recommend Monster Car Garage to anyone ever. The response to my original post is full of untruths. I dropped my car off on Monday December 14. Not the 23 as they claim. Also, I did not add several items to the estimate I wanted. I told him everything I needed up front. He would have known that if he had taken the time to come out and write the items down instead of relying on a a verbal conversation. The owner's response just highlights the lack of professionalism of this shop as well as the dishonesty of the owner.

Have been using them for repairs for rental company cars and I really liked them until I sent my personal vehicle in. Car has been down 2 times since I took it in for repairs. Same issue might I add. I'm afraid to take my vehicle back so it's just sitting needing repaired for the 3rd time. I dont have money like that apparently someone there thinks I do. Very nice family owned business, just not the place for me any more. My vehicle is the 2003 Hyundai. First I Was told it was a fuse and wires repair the first time, then i was told oil was leaking from a harness causing the fuse to blow. I got a free service under warranty and the next week car stopped same issue

Been a long time customer. Bought a car from here for a great price and still running well 2 years later with no majors repairs just oil changes. The only mechanic in town we use for our foreign model cars!
