Took my grandson to purchase rims and tires for his Dodge Dart sales person by name of Victor Took his time and even took the rim out of the store to place it car so we can see what it looked like on the vehical and explained things so clearly.Highly recommend this tire shop. Overall excellent 👌.

Dont waste your time! Told me the rim they were going to fix would take two days and it wasnt ready until a whole week later. Also gave me one price but after getting the wheel they added more to it. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE

CAUTION.,,,.. THEY SWITCHED OUT MY NEW ROUGH COUNTRY STRUTS for and OLDER CHEAPER ONES...on my Toyota, . they ruined My Front Suspension,, ... I had an 2.5 inch Rough country strut lift installed in 2017,, and in Jan... I had my front end Suspension replaced... they take video to keep you posted on the work they do...I wanted to go a little higher... you can see the lift kit I had installed on my truck ... and the struts they replaced when they installed their spacer lift kit... I'm new at all this, I wasn't explain exactly the process or if I needed it with a strut lift... I trusted in would work out... but shortly afterwards my truck was making strange noises when I turned or brake.. took it to where I had my original suspension rebuild thinking it was something loose.. yet they pointed out when did I replace the struts cause they weren't meant for my truck.. my suspension was ruined...since I was at Top techs shop then I just wanted it fixed.. I ordered new struts n coils..Rough country again... Had to pay alot to have them fix it .. but my linkage and ball joints were damaged.. I decided to order a better set that would be manufactured for trucks with a 2-4 inch lift and and have a sway Bar instead of ball joints... that's what the techs at the Garage suggested.. it worked ..Yet my truck was in a slight angle (like an old hot rod) due to the plates they installed under the leaf springs, at Monster tire... I spent alot to fix their mistake..So I decided I had to save some money. I went back thinking they would remove the plates, And I would save some Money, but Marlene the owner practically called me a liar, she refused to listen to me and was Rude and Unprofessional.... she kept saying they have no reason to steal my struts... I didn't Say that I said.. They made a mistake and unintentionally made my truck worst... by replacing my RC struts with cheaper ones... she refused to assist me and correct their mistake.. by any means possible.... DO NOT GO TO Independently OWN SMALL SHOPS LIKE THIS MONSTER-TIRE, OR KONGSTER-TIRE, same owner ... THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR WORK , and you will not have a Warranty.. Stick with the more established Bigger shops that are perhaps better suited Financially to fix and stand by their work...STAY AWAY FROM THIS Independently OWN small SHOP.....ITS A RIP-OFF.... if you value your vehicle..... remember that saying about mechanic shops "MECHANIC SHOPS ARE ALWAYS TRYING TO RIP OFF THE CUSTOMER" ..... THIS IS ONE OF THEM... This owner is twisted ... she misunderstands simple conversations... my 2.5 Rough country was installed in 2017... they dont come with the truck... she doesnt know much about vehicles....obviously... .. SO YOU ADMIT YOU SHOULDN'T HAVE INSTALLED A LEVELING KIT WITH MINE ALREADY LIFTED WITH A STRUT LIFT KIT.. but you did... You INSTALL USED OLD PARTS.. ... I removed your used U -Bolts & replaced new ones.. LOOK BUYER BEWARE... . ....

Excellent service and great prices. Victor and Ruben and staff are great at customer service. Have taken my vehicles there to get new tires alignment and breaks overtime the years, they never fail.

By far the worst place to get a lift…. Got a lift here and they didn’t do an alignment lost out on my tires I already know how the manager is trying to blame it on other things like the truck I wouldn’t recommend this place

Compre un set de llantas para mi van a las 2 meses las llantas de enfrente se empezaron a rasgarse, lleve la van para que la vieran y ahi estaba el dueño y se le ocurrió decirme que porque la traigo la van en las piedras y le dije y porque las de atrás no le paso lo mismo y ya no supo que decir me, y le pedí garantía y me dice que le lleve el recibo. Dato curioso en este lugar nunca te van a dar un recibo de lo que compraste y de tu garantía solamente lo que pagaste, entonces como reclamas algo que pagaste sin ninguna descripción? Y mucho menos tienen la capacidad de tener un sistema donde te tienen registrado como cliente de lo que compraste. Pidan su recivo con descripción de lo que pagan para sus garantías

Fui a que le hicieran un cambio de aceite a mi carro y salió con la bomba del aceite inservible, forzaron el filtro de aceite, dejaron el carro con manchas de aceite en el varías partes, el abanico traía aceite y partes del motor con aceite cuando regrese a preguntar si sabían que había pasado no quisieron contestarme al respecto solo que el mecánico le llamó la atención sobre la bomba de aceite y nunca me avisaron.

Waited 3 hours for an alignment. Got charged $97 for labor and $50 for some screws. Just for the guy that was working in my car to tell me it couldn’t get aligned after all. Luckily I had no issues getting my money back.
