If you are not taking your vehicle to Frank and his staff what are you doing? This shop is beyond professional, beyond smart, and true masters of their art. A 100% gem of El Paso! Back story I am keeping my husbands 2004 car running while he has been gone. He is coming home soon and I wanted to surprise him with his car being like "new". After getting the run around town literally, I ended up at Montana Automotive where I met Frank and his team (including the 4 month old puppy). I was expecting to get bad news and drop a bunch of $$ but that wasn't the case. Frank treated me as if I was one of his own kids and diagnosed the problem right away. (a broken exhaust pipe). With just a quick cut of the pipe and a few welds the car is FINALLY QUIETER and I wasn't out that much. I will for sure be telling everyone I know to schedule their auto needs and repairs with this shop. Thank you again for the amazing work you did.

I highly recommend them! They did a great job fixing my car and for a great price! Everyone that I talked to was also very nice and pleasant. If you’re looking for great quality work for a good price I would definitely recommend Montana Automotive!!

I had purchased a Axle back exhaust from an outside vendor for my 2008 Dodge Caliber SRT-4 and the service was amazing and the job was a quick in and out job in about 30 minutes. Would highly recommend!

Spent over a thousand for engine and ac repair. The next day the engine light comes back on and the ac starts to not work. Went back 3 times. With the AC, always had something new that needed to be repaired. The worst part was that the car was never looked at when they said it was going to be. Example: Said they would inspect the car on Tuesday and didn't touch it until Saturday.

Wayyyyyyyyy over priced,big time.They wanna charge prices like the dealer. Save your money and save Getting mad. I highly do not recommend way too expensive.

Brought in my truck with new muffler that i purchased separately. They were able to swap it and have it ready within an hour. Looks and sounds good. Definitely will come again

I’ve been a long loyal customer to this shop. They’re the only ones I trust with my vehicle (Hummer H2). David the owner is phenomenal, as well as his workers. They’re very professional and they get the job done without any ever encountering any issues afterwards. They also give you a fair price on all repairs and they NEVER overcharge. If anything, when I had general maintenance to my truck they installed certain items free of charge. They truly know what they are doing!!

Took my car in at 10:30 am to change the front brakes and they told me it would be ready around 1pm. I left and came back around 1:30pm. It wasn’t ready yet so I waited on the lobby until about 2:30. I decided to ask the girl that’s in the front for an update on my car and she said they were behind and couldn’t tell me a time frame while looking at her computer screen the whole time. I was standing right in front of her and she was very rude by not even looking at me while giving me a response. She was being very nice to every customer that came in though so I’m not sure why she felt it was ok to be rude to me. I just asked her for an update once. I finally got my car until 4:30pm! 6 whole hours went by until it was ready. Ridiculous !

Fantastic place. Good service and quick. Have been using them for along time and thought they had shut down when I saw the circle K in there old spot. But they have moved and now even closer to me. So happy to have a reliable shop I can take my cars to again.

Very dissatisfied with the workmanship from this shop. I have had work done here on various vehicles and can say that the work was never exactly what i expected. Ive had misdiagnosed problems, poorly installed parts, and the finish work in not that good. Their muffler installs are ok, but the welder needs to take a class or two to improve his welding. Ive kept going back because i wanted to give this places the benefit of the doubt, but after my last run in with them, never again. Now i have to go to another shop to correct all the mistakes that they have cost me....not trying to be spiteful, just want to bring to light a problem that i have been dealing with since the shop was still on Montana Avenue
