Monterrey Tire Center provides outstanding service. I stopped by for an alignment and tire rotation and learned that appointments are typically required. However, I was lucky to arrive just as someone had canceled. The team inspected my tires thoroughly, even advising me on which one to use as a spare due to wear and tear—without any pushy upselling. They took their time to ensure precision to measure my tires and was upfront about their condition. Turns out, I didn’t need an alignment after all. With honesty, they got me back on the road in a reasonable amount of time. Their pricing was fair and based on the specifics of my vehicle. I highly recommend Monterrey Tire Center for tire repairs, rotations, alignments, and overall car service.

Robando sin pistola.. tengo un dolly para mover refrigeradoras una de las llantas estaba sin aire y use mis herramientas para sacar la rueda..lo lleve a este establecimiento y lo revisaron al final no tenía ningún problema. Por revisar el neumatico me cobraron $15 me pareció excesivo y caro. No solo perdieron un cliente si no que me dejaron con la sensación de haber sido estafado....

Stopped in to fix a slow leak in one of my tires. Luis was outstanding. He was very knowledgeable about my vehicle, took care in identifying the issue (a nail) and repairing/reinstalling my tire, and was finished in maybe 30 minutes. I’ll definitely be back

Excellent service! Had a nail in my tire, didn’t even have to get out of my car/turn it off and they fixed it. Fast, efficient, and extremely affordable ($15).

I will never go to this place again. Went there to check frame alignment and was told the frame was perfect. I did not observe the inspection. Moreover, the tech tried to tell me I need a wheel alignment which was bullshit because I just got alignment. Sometime during his inspection out of sight, he obviously tampered with the tie rod end because I noticed my steering wheel was cocked the next day and returned car and management refuse to believe me an asked did I hit a curve. I said hell no. Your tech reset tie rod because my steering wheel was not cocked before I asked for inspection. They refuse to align & said their tech is honest & would not rig anything for profit which is total BS. I'm thinking about contacting better business bureau. This place is a total rip off. Will never take my car there again

Service here was beyond amazing I got here with my tire not even on the rim and they were already closed the gentleman inside was so amazingly kind enough to still change my tire and whomever is running the front desk turned around and came back to assist with payment as well they were truly angels in disguise if I could give them more than 5 stars I would!!

The guy spoke Spanish but was very helpful. He took off my tire & checked for holes & they he called me to see & explain the results. He did the same with the 2nd tire, with explanation & solution. Afterward, he went around all my tires aired & checked the psi so they all have the same readings. It was outstanding that he was passionate about his work.

We needed some tires to head out of town during Hurricane Beryl. At first we were happy because they were open and they seemed to do a very professional job. Three weeks later one of their tires hit a nail, so we took it to our usual shop to get patched. My trusted mechanics were horrified by how old and dry the tire was, especially when they found out how much I paid. $140 for what we found out were two 7 year old tires. One of the tires is still on our car and we are going to need to replace it ASAP. I went in to the shop again to explain what happened and they said there was nothing they could do because it was past the 15 days. They looked at the tire that was still on and said it was not dry, that 7 years old was ok. Nothing was done to try to compensate or make things right. I will be filing a dispute via the BBB and the FTC, and then going through our bank if necessary. I have bought used tires from other shops, with no issues, and I always get a good year or two out of them. I have never paid so much for a used tire and gotten so little out of them. At the time during the city wide power outages, they were one of the few shops open which is why I overlooked the price. Incredibly disappointed, and I have very little faith they will do anything to remedy this.

I had the best tire shop experience here. It's super clean, super fast, and they're super friendly. Fixed my leak in 10 mins. Lots of bays and lots of workers. Found my new tire shop!

I will NEVER go to that discount tire shop again where you wait 30 minutes in line for someone to assess your tires and tell you have a seat and we will get to your car in 4 hours. Here, you walk up and they tell you to pull in a bay and they are pulling your tires off within minutes. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and great to work with. My new tire shop for life. If only I had found them sooner.

Went to this place for tire rotation and balance before a roadtrip. Service was quick and price was affordable. I was done in less than an hour. Will come back in the future.

I went in with a complete flat tire honestly, I don’t even know how I made it there. The lady in the front desk was so nice. I didn’t catch her name, but she was amazing and the gentleman that helped me made me feel so comfortable I usually feel scammed when I’m going to tire shop because I’m a girl and they try to talk to me like I don’t know what’s going on which I don’t lol but he was very honest nice and helpful I also thought it was gonna be expensive, which I was also wrong. The prices are pretty reason. Picture is how I came in lol they fixed it THANK YOU!!! Yall are amazing

I had a bad experience here I pulled up hoping to get serviced here however the workers completely ignore me one actually sat there and watched me reach out for assistance by verbally calling on them and Also blew the horn they looked at me and Continued on but was able to service two other People that came after me how unprofessional I went over to David’s tire shop off Durham and got the service I was looking for with no issues

Update: I was a regular customer here for 4 years and quickly grew to love this place. Their mechanic is wonderful and does such a good job. Every single person here provides such great service. I was so disappointed when I moved because it can be hard to find a good mechanic, and I have yet to find someone as wonderful as Francisco. I miss this place and everyone in it! They were always on schedule, great communicators, and fairly priced. The mechanic is a sincere, hardworking guy who will explain exactly what is wrong (if you’re interested). It’s a level of transparency I rarely experience but appreciate so deeply. Seriously, just an all around great group of people. —— Really friendly, helpful, and honest service from everyone at the shop. Reasonably priced too. I definitely recommend them and will be back in the near future.
