Linda, the owner was so great and helpful. I walked over to her shop because my car wasn't starting and she stopped what she was doing to help me troubleshoot based on the issues I was having. She slotted me in for an appointment right away and within just a couple hours, I was out of the there with all the maintenance I needed. She was very informative, helpful, and respectful during the whole experience- I'll be back and will be referring my friends to Montri!

I stopped by Montri Auto Repair for a tire rotation on my Tesla. The whole process was fast and reasonably priced. Linda is the owner and she was amazing. Great customer service and close to my Hollywood clientele. Nice location smack in the middle of ritzy Silverlake. Go see Linda for friendly hospitality and awesome auto repairs. Back again August/26/2024 for some suspension repairs on the Ford Ranger. Amazing service & reasonable price. Thanks again Linda

I've been been taking my car to get serviced at Montri Auto Repair for a few years now. Linda is always courteous and explains the needed repairs in detail. This is a very honest auto repair business and I highly recommend it if you live in the area.

Excellent service, always honest, and my issues have always been resolved on the first visit. Linda is amazingly thoughtful and responsive, and the technicians really understand cars. I've come for years for regular service as well as some minor body work (replacing a vandalized headlight). They first won me over when I came for an estimate on a very expensive repair that the dealership said I needed--and after carefully examining the car, Linda's team said that it wasn't actually needed. And they were right! Highly recommended.

Great customer service, had a list to be looked at & an Oil Change, Windshield unit Replaced,v seemed to be plugged, inside light on left unit inside of car above & before glass case & rear mirror section , amount Quote given, will not do, & a few more items done. Ordered parts , I had to come back for service again, Price reasonable, will work with you. Hours Open Great: Monday - Friday closed 5 pm; Saturday closed 3pm early , Sunday closed.

I brought my 04 Ford F150 in after experiencing transmission issues. They provided superior customer service, excellent work and great prices for all the work that was completed. This was my 1st time using Montri Auto Repair and I believe they have become my only mechanic going forward. If you're considering Montri for your mechanic work, I highly recommend them without hesitation. They get a 10 out of 10 from me!

Had a broken belt, they suggested that I change others because they were getting old. Cost me over $700 and they put it together wrong. Driving away from the shop, the car was gasping and choking. I came back immedietly and they tried to tell me it was another problem. They were closing and I would have to come back another day. So I had to leave with a car that could not make it down the block with out dying. I used work on cars and I could tell that they did not put the align the belt to Top dead center. So did not have a car for a day. When I brought it back in the next day they charged me an additional $275 to fix a problem they created. The young girl working there was just feeding me BS the whole time, like it was my fault, then talking to her friends on the phone while I stood at the counter waiting to clear up the issue. Who could blame her, she was taking a helicopter to go to a Rave in Las Vegas. (eye roll) My car problems were not her concern. She got attitude when I expressed my disappointment at having to pay for their mistake. Biggest mistake was going to Montri. Be very careful, they really BS'd me and I had to pay for it. Bad service.

I drive a '63 Valiant and I went to Montri's from a recommendation from another mechanic who couldnt fix it. They drove all the way to Pomona to pick up a rare part, fixed it quickly and also did a brake job. The price was fair and I'd highly recommend.

Montri is the best! I always take my car, and my wife’s car to Montri for any service because he is honest and his prices are good! I don't trust anyone else with my car. I highly recommend Montri to all my friends and family. I'm grateful for having him as my mechanic! :)

They charged me just to looks at my car. I don't know of any shop that does that. And I think it's bad customer service.
