The best mechanic shop in all of Baltimore without a doubt. They work with diesel cars. I have a diesel Jeep Grand Cherokee. No reputable shop would accept my car until I found them. How great it is to work with Carshiel. They repaired my car and left it like new. They are very honest.

I use this as a park and ride, I have nothing to say about the general work they do outside the shuttle depot, but the employees all around the lot are are nice (except for some of the crotchety old ladies at the shuttle) but never had any problems with parking.

They got tha Caddy back on the road and in record time. My only issue was that they put green antifreeze in instead of Dexcool...overall I would definitely recommend using them.

My wife has had her truck in the shop for almost a month. Every time she calls to find out about the status of her truck, it goes to voicemail or a lady picks up and apparently doesn't give the message because there are no return phone calls. Bad business!!!

Being relatively new to Baltimore, I relied on reviews and recommendations of others to find a new auto mechanic. I decided on Monument Auto Center and can’t be happier! With my car now aging, it’s been getting cranky but MSAC has been there for me with quick, honest, reasonable repairs! I fully trust and appreciate this shop!!!

This auto mechanic place is honest and reliable, which as someone who is not well informed about cars, really appreciates. I brought my car in twice so far in the last year to get routine maintenance and was satisfied. Their location is a bit out there and the staff prefers that customers do not to wait in the lobby, which feels unwelcoming.
