I take both of our vehicles to Moon Valley Auto for service. Dawn and her staff are professional, do good work at a reasonable price and are just great to work with! I like using Moon Valley as they "know" my vehicles and what work needs to be done or not.

On October 9, 2024, approximately 10 to 13 minutes away from my residence, my Jeep unexpectedly experienced a mechanical failure. I promptly pulled over to the side of the road and inspected the vehicle, but I was unable to identify the source of the issue. Consequently, I contacted my parents for assistance, was still unable to pinpoint the exact cause of the problem. It was evident that something was amiss, necessitating further investigation. Subsequently, I had the vehicle towed to Moon Valley, cognizant of the fact that it was the end of the day and any potential repairs would have to wait until the following day. Upon further inspection by the mechanics, it was determined that the rear axle had malfunctioned and required replacement. Mr. Chet, whom I believe I have spelled correctly, assured me that the necessary repairs could be completed by the end of the day. Understandably, I was emotionally affected by this unexpected turn of events, as I had not anticipated such a significant issue. However, it is worth noting that this was my second time utilizing the services of this particular repair shop, and I had encountered no problems during my initial visit. Furthermore, based on my positive experience during this second instance, I would wholeheartedly recommend their services to others.

Been going here for over ten years. Dawn and her crew are thoughtful, thorough, and do concise repairs. She keeps you informed and keeps track of all your repairs past repairs in her database. This is the best auto repair business that I have ever used.

Dawn and her team are awesome, they get to work faster than any other auto shop I've been to, while making you feel at home. Even when there was a hiccup in the parts needed for my car, they were hot on it to get that straightened out. Definitely appreciate the honesty as compared to the other shops I've been to that didn't communicate well. No wonder Dawn's shop has nothing but good reviews! Thank you all for getting my car back on its wheels, I love my little Hyundai. Will be back after a few more paydays to get another issue looked at. The drive out to Moon Valley is worth it, the beautiful scenery is a bonus.
