I spent 3000 dollars on a brand new transmission with a 3 year warranty and the fine fellas at Moore for less didn't attach the lines properly so a week later I had a line Burst and leave me on the road. They came to fix the lines and I was told that quote "we saw the old lines and we should have changed them but you are now good to go" but a few months later I Broke down because of a leak in my transmission lines. When I took it to them they said the lines where old and need to be replaced and the new transmission was ruined. They didn't take responsibility for the poor work done or their false guarantees. I was ignored until I wrote a review for the business in detail explaining why I won't be returning to Moore. I got a call asking how "we could make this right" so we decided talk in person and I would remove the review in the meantime. When I went into the shop I was told by the new manager (who was not a manager at the time of repair) that the technicians had informed me of the lines needing replacement (false, and no supporting documentation to support this recommendation) and accused us of trying to have them take the blame. He ended the conversation and left the room instead of trying to settle the matter. My father and i were disappointed at the cowardly and dishonest way that moore for less practice business. I will never recommend or use moore for my auto needs again. There is no proof on file that a recommendation for changing transmission lines was ever made by Moore For Less and declined by me. Which should be pretty standard when entering into a contractual agreement and is the practice of many mechanics and other businesses to make sure they cover themselves and gives me the option to decline a repair or agree to it. There us nothing on file because the recommendation never took place. Byer beware!

Rob was great, he let me know what all was needed for replacing my timing chain and oil pump and the price was very fair I would recommend anyone to go there for any of your auto repair needs.

The guys in the shop were very helpful and informative, tried to fix my misfire on my own and, after giving up, brought it here. They got it running right a few weeks ago and it’s been driving great ever since! Would recommend to others in the area

Was out of town truck broke down and this was the ONLY place that could get me in to get me back on the road to make it home safely!!! Very friendly staff will definitely recommend this business to ANYONE and if I’m around Tennessee again and need repairs this is the ONLY place I will go to!!!

Dishonest.I brought my vehicle here and told them I believe the oil pump is bad as previously diagnosed by another place that doesn’t do the repair. Moore said come on down we can replace it, we brought it in and paid a diagnostic to make sure it was the pump , then He called and stated that it’s my spark plugs and as I am not a mechanic I said let’s change them then. They charged me almost 600 dollars and gave the van back with the same issue I brought it in for. I brought it back 2 more times for them to look for the “problem “ as you can imagine I got tired of dealing with this and I took my van to the dealership and the oil pump had to be replaced. I called and left a message for Moore about this matter and they won’t reach back out nor are willing to help with crediting back some money for doing the wrong repair. I also requested at the time of service for the “bad” spark plugs to be set aside for me and I never received them . I would never recommend this place to anyone. Definitely watch out and I will be telling everyone I meet or know that this place can’t be trusted. I will be seeing who I can contact about help with getting money back for the work I was lied to about .

Great experience from the crew in this company, I had my Chevy S10 in there because my brakes were locked up. They pulled the codes in detail and quickly diagnosed my brakes problems being a master cylinder. Same day got the part and fixed my vehicle. Really well priced and over all fun people to be around and talk to. Thanks to this company and crew my truck drives a thousand times better and it only took them an hour and a half at most to solve the problem.

My air conditioning started blowing hot air. I stopped in and they evacuated and captured the freon and recharged the system to the proper weight. They even topped off my coolant. They were fast, friendly, and fair with the price.
