I had a flat tire after my shift at the hospital and my spare tire was also flat. I limped over to this tire shop and these kind gentlemen helped me put the spare on. After realizing the both the sensor and the valve stem on my spare tire were also damaged, they fixed them both for me while I waited. They only charged me $15 for the whole service, and I was out of there in less than twenty minutes. I am so grateful and appreciative of the excellent service. I will definitely come back for any car needs I have in the future!

Mora is such a patient, helpful person. He charged a very fair price for a new tire all while giving us detailed instructions on how to change it. He even shared his profit margins as he is adamant on charging fair prices in an industry that can be hard to navigate. I will be visiting him for all of my car needs

Week before the holidays and my car suddenly started making a rattling noise - I called around to several auto mechanics to see whether they could take a quick look at the car and was given appointments a week out most places. Mora told me to come in same day! I pulled up to the shop (no real parking lot, you just kind of pull up to the door) and they came right out before I even got out of the car to talk to me. I told them again about the noise, and we immediately went for a test ride together so they could hear it. Immediately recognized the issue, took it into the shop, and 30 minutes and $60 later everything was good to go. I feel very confident that for future issues they will be equally as efficient and cost-effective. I'm really glad to have found Mora Tires and will definitely be taking my car back here as long as I am in Baltimore!

I went here this morning after finding my left rear tire on my car was low. Emmanuel (the owner) quickly diagnosed the issue, patched the tire, and had me out in a very short time. This shop was very professional and did not try to upsell me on anything. I highly recommend this place. Lord knows that if I went to a chain franchise or the Toyota dealer, I would have had to wait at least an hour, or have to schedule a time.

Air kept leaking from one of my tires and I thought I had another puncture. Although it’s an older car, I still only take it to BMW for service because I don’t trust mechanics anymore. However, I found these guys nearby with a quick google search and took a chance based on others’ reviews. Pulled up the next morning without calling ahead. They diagnosed the problem being a cracked rim. They were able to put an aluminum patch as a temporary solution until I find a replacement wheel. Felt honest, no fuss, in and out in less than 30minutes for $60. Edit 10/27/24: It hasn’t even been a week and air continues to leak. I know this was intended to be a temporary fix but wish you had not misled me into thinking I had more time to find a replacement rim. You said 6-7 months. You overcharged me. I took it back to your guys yesterday and they didn’t fix it but just put some black splatter all over and put a plastic hubcap back on instead of the metal hubcap it had on before.

Got my rear brake pads (and unfortunately rotors) replaced at Mora on a whim. Emmanuel was great at staying in touch over the phone even though the whole thing only took an hour. Incredibly reasonable price and they did great work.

Super fast and helpful service. Really nice staff who helped me as soon as I pulled up. Had a blown tire. From me pulling up to me leaving was about 20 minutes. I’ll give this a 9/10. Only reason it’s a 9 is there was only 1 tire brand available. It would’ve helpful to have more options. But besides that awesome experience and definitely recommend checking them out if you need a service.

At Mora Tires they charged me $20, took 5 minutes and plugged the tire. The previous time I had a nail in one of my tires I took it to Pep Boys. At Pep Boys they charged me $30 and took 3 hours to patch the inside of the tire while I waited. Even though I am retired, I still don't want to spend half the day having work done that should have taken less than 30 minutes. For tire repairs I strongly recommend Mora Tires and Auto Services.

These guys are the best. I called everywhere looking for 2 Parelli tires. Everybody said 2-3 days min. I spoke to Emmanual at 11:15 and was told the warehouse closed at noon but he could drive to the warehouse and get them same day (on a Saturday. He also let me take home 2 jack stands to pull the tires to save me múltiple trips back and fort. This was way above and beyond type of service you just don't see very often anymore. Highly recommend these guys. They are better than the rest!

Trustworthy. Great service with a friendly smile and a fair price. Dropped in here for a tire repair on my AWD vehicle. They had other customers but still got to me within 10 minutes. A chunk of metal was thru part of the sidewall, so it could not be repaired. They actually had a used tire that fit AND was the same tire make and style. In and out in under half an hour.

DO NOT COME HERE FOR YOUR AUTO SERVICE. Watch out with this shop, if something goes wrong with their repair on your car, they will make you pay them again to fix what they broke. Two months ago, I bought a set of tires here for my car. They gave me a fair price for the tires, balancing and installing them in the car. Everything was perfect until 3 weeks ago when I decided to pull out my wheels to paint the rims and I noticed that a lug nut was stuck in the lug stud. I immediately knew that the person who replaced my tire had crossed the threads with their impact driver. I went back to the shop, where the owner admitted that the thread had been crossed and he had to break the lug stud. Then he told me they would fix it for me, but I had to wait a week because he was leaving on vacation. When I returned after a week, he was still not there but his workers tried without success to replace my lug stud (which I actually had to buy myself), then they told me that they work in association with a mechanic and recommended me to come the next day. After chasing the mechanic for a week, I finally got him to replace my lug stud, and he did a good job. By the end, the mechanic expected me to pay him $120 and told me that they were a totally independent business from Mora Tire Shop (which is interesting given my receipt still said Mora Tire Shop). When I called the owner, he said that the lug stud broke because my car was old and had rust (which is ridiculous since even he admitted earlier on that the thread was crossed on installation of the tires). Do these lug studs look like they would just break spontaneously? (see photo) Not only do these people have no regard for a person's time and money, but they have no regard for the quality of work that they do. NO TRAIGAS TU CARRO AQUI Tenga cuidado con este taller, si algo sale mal con el trabajo que ellos hicieron, no lo van a respaldar, y le va a tocar a usted, el cliente, pagarles otra vez por arreglar un problema que ellos mismos provocaron. Hace dos meses compré un juego de llantas aquí para mi carro, me dieron un buen precio por las llantas, balanceo e instalación. Todo perfecto hasta hace tres semanas cuando decidí sacar las ruedas del carro para pintar los rines y noté que una de las tuercas de una rueda estaba trancada en el tornillo, inmediatamente supe que cuando instalaron esa rueda pusieron la rosca cruzada y la entraron a fuerza con la pistola de impacto. Regresé al taller donde el dueño admitió que la rosca había entrado cruzada, y tuvo que romper el tornillo para poder sacar la rueda del carro. Entonces me dijo que iban a arreglarlo, pero que tenía que esperar una semana porque él se iba de vacaciones. Cuando regresé después de la semana, él aun no estaba ahí, pero los trabajadores atentamente intentaron, sin éxito remplazar el tornillo (tornillo que por cierto me tocó a mi comprar). Entonces me dijeron que regresara al próximo día, que ellos trabajan asociados a un mecánico y que él sí podría solucionar el problema. Después de una semana persiguiendo al mecánico finalmente ayer logré que cambiara el tornillo, y sinceramente hizo un buen trabajo, pero al final me dijo que le debia 120 dólares por el trabajo. Cuando le respondí que el trabajo era una garantía me dijo que él era un negocio totalmente independiente de Mora Tires (lo que me parece interesante ya que el recibo dice "Mora Tires"). Al llamar por teléfono al dueño, este me dijo que el tornillo de mi rueda se partió porque mi carro estaba viejo y tenía oxido (lo que me parece ridículo) Vea la foto, estos tornillos le parece que se van a partir así solos?? Conclusión: Yo, el cliente, tuve que pagarles $120, mas todo el tiempo (semanas) para que hicieran el trabajo, mas comprar la pieza, que se dañó por un error de ellos.

I cannot speak highly enough of this place and the amazing people who work here. Whichever body shop you go to currently, leave them and make Mora Auto Service & Tires your new go to when something is wrong with your car. I was a loyal customer of Baltimore Body Shop for many years but lately have not been happy with the quality of work done on my car and the amount of money I was spending. I popped into Mora Auto Service & Tires one day with a laundry list of issues I was experiencing with my car, thinking it would take weeks and thousands of dollars to fix. They squeezed me in the same day, fixed all of the issues that day, did an absolutely fantastic job, and my bill was a fraction of what I would have been charged anywhere else.

The service at Mora Tires was great! I thought I needed to replace a flat tire but it was just the tire valve that broke. They showed me the broken part and fixed it within 10 minutes. I appreciate how friendly they were and did not attempt to price gouge.

Great service at Moras! I found a screw in my tire after work and they were willing to help take care of me RIGHT before closing. Very accommodating and helpful! Will definitely be back for all my future car needs.
