Jose is an awesome guy. He'll always work with you, show you what he's taking out and replacing and is super honest. They do great work there and if the rest of my vehicles weren't still under warranty by the dealer, I would take them all there.

Mechanic told me to come get a simple issue fixed and when i showed up after getting there on nothing but faith I started to explain the problem but he made it sound too difficult for him to even try and he was EXTREMELY rude. I’ve never left a bad review until now and i wouldn’t recommend this kind of customer service to anyone.

I needed a mechanic I was having problems with my car, I Google and I found Morales Auto Care I read the reviews which were many a lot of happy customers. So I called I got a same-day appointment drove up there. I noticed they had a lot of business and I thought to myself you can always tell a good place if there's people dropping off cars and picking them up. and mechanics busy working on cars. Sr. Morales was respectful I felt comfortable. He listened I was confident on leaving my car there to get to the bottom of the problem. they call me back and told me there's nothing wrong with my car, right there they could have said.. you need this, and you need that, and there goes my money they were honest all I need was to drive the car more often. Not to let it sit so long, I had the oil changed then picked it up the guys there were super friendly and very polite I highly recommend this place.

We have used Moralis for 3 separate repairs in 2 vehicles. His prices are reasonable and each time we were in and out on the same day! Great place!

=BUYER BEWARE= I feel like I got totally scammed. I have a 2015 Kia Optima with 76,000 miles. I did the oil changes every 4,000 miles using synthetic oil. I brought my vehicle in to get a simple coolant flush done and nothing else. They returned my vehicle with a flashing check engine light on (severe damages when flashing) and were stating that the check engine light was already on when I brought it in — which it was not. I tried to turn on my car this morning and I come to find out that my motor is now seized and will require a engine replacement which will cost thousands and the business owner refuses to do anything about it. I brought my truck in this past year as well for a wheel bearing replacement, that is also now damaged as well as it is making severe sounds every time I drive.

Morales Auto Care gave me a methodical visual explaination on the services that needed to be performed and why each one was important. He even took photos and videos as he performed his presentation. His shop is neat and clean, and so are the employees. My vehicle was clean when I picked it up. I was impressed to have found a professional transparent mechanic, and so was his customers. Shady. Got a simple oil change and then the car started leaking oil, which it NEVER has done. Took it back in to get fixed and he (the owner, Jose) hands me a bill for $700 to fix. Much more to the story with his ever changing story but I’m cutting my losses and never going back
