This place is the best of the best! Reliable, honest, and quick turn around! I won't take my car anywhere else. This shop has been successful for 40 years for a reason. The owner and employees are knowledgeable and most importantly kind. They actually taught me so much about my own car and made sure I really understood everything that was happening. Treated me like a person!

Morgan is very close to my home and it seemed like a no brainer to come here after seeing so many good reviews. If you're reading this, save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere. Perhaps this business was good at one time, but my experience was incredibly unprofessional and predatory. They withheld information from me that resulted in a warranty claim being denied, they recommended multiple services that they later admitted wouldn't be helpful, and they were generally very unprofessional. If you bring your car here, you may be lucky enough to have someone look at your car that doesn't even work on cars. But don't worry, they will make sure a technician holds their hand while they do it (yes this was an actual conversation that I heard in the back when I brought my car in to have a noise inspected). Just go elsewhere.

Morgans used to be my go to place when Bryan was there they helped me a lot. Last month I needed car repairs Morgans less than a mile away from me, but they made me take an Uber to and from dropping my car off I’m 77 years old I have many physical problems, including walking and to take my car down there and pick it up. I had to take six Ubers less than a mile. I’ll never go there again

Great place. Straightforward, personable, quick, knowledgeable. Everything you could ask for when it comes to car repair. They always answer questions for me and give me good recommendations. Repairs always turn out well and I can't recommend them enough!

Great experience. They were super fast and the price was right. I’ll definitely be back! Edit: I have indeed been back a few times, and wish I could give them 6 stars. They’re not cheap, but it’s honest, fair, high quality, and everyone who works there is very competent and very friendly! I recommend them to everyone.

I’ve taken my car here many times and had great service. Recently the service manager retired and the new one is kinda arrogant. I had a bunch of work done and when I got it back there was a small problem. When I took it back he made it seem like I was clueless and didn’t understand. I’ve had thousands of dollars of work done there but never again. Customer service has gone way down hill.

finding a good shop is one thing, but to be able to find a great shop , makes all the different, Its starts with the people around you and goes to the boss. I can't see going any were else. Good people, give you great work. jim

Came in on a pretty tight budget having just (perhaps unwisely) bought a 30 year old car for cheap. I asked them to perform an inspection and let me know what it would take to fix a couple other specific items. Within a few hours of dropping the car off, Thomas had provided me a breakdown of everything they found/recommended be addressed, as well as (totally reasonable) pricing for them to fix each item. Being on a budget, I asked them to handle some of the more challenging items and let them know I would take care of the rest. Two business days later, I got a text saying the car was ready. Can't ask for a better experience than that!

I brought my 2001 Oldsmobile Aurora to Morgan's after two other shops gave up on it. Thomas read the records, and when I asked if he thought the car was reparable, he said, "We fix everything that comes in here." That proved to be true. Thomas looked deeper than anyone else and discovered a wiring problem. He returned my car in such good shape that it passed DEQ, which was the ultimate goal! Two months later, I was sailing along a bit too happily when I wrecked a wheel on a curb and broke part of the frame. AAA was barely able to tow it to Morgan's and said the car was totaled, but Thomas came out and agreed to take on the repairs. He helped me at a time of urgent need, found the rare parts, and again brought my car back to life. I will never forget his extraordinary diagnostic ability, skill, and generosity, for I'm sure he didn't charge for the full value of his work. I wish I could find a physician as good!

I've been taking my 2001 Oldsmobile Aurora to Morgan for several years. They always do an excellent job, and the car is always ready when they say it will be. Recently my dashboard lights burned out, and they were able to find a duplicate replacement dashboard -- now, it's good as new. Very dependable service.

Thomas, an engineer there is so knowledgeable and competent. He was so transparent about what was wrong with my car and texted me about what he will do to fix it and the price. He is an amazing engineer! I will always consult with him about my car.🚗

Scheduled an appointment at Firestone for oil change and other general maintenance. Person on the phone was rude and seemed annoyed to be talking to me so I cancelled. I called Morgan Auto and experience was night and day. Exceptional customer service from scheduling through repair, to pickup. Prices were transparent and fair. Found my new auto shop in Portland.

A gem of a place to have your car repaired. Honest, reliable and on point with my Prius. The dealer quoted me 3 time the amount to repair the vehicle, so I was happy with the quote I received from Morgan Auto Repair. They did excellent work, were friendly and so easy to work with. Left my vehicle cleaner than when I left it! Highly recommended!

The mechanic clearly know what to do but the service writer/manager is opportunistic because he owns a piece of the rock. I had work done and work quoted that were more expensive than driving to freaking Beverly Hills, CA and dropping in on any mechanic. Furthermore, the work I had done has failed again. They did insurance work that was uncalled for as well. I WOULD NOT GO HERE. Go anywhere else.

These ppl were very professional and nice. However.... I had two issues with my SUV. One was the a/c had quit working. They fixed that. I was happy with that part. The other issue was a water leak such that I had to have the vehicle de-molded at an auto detailing place first. I had already taken it in to another place a few months ago and they said it was the sunroof. The other place cleaned the drains but a few months later it was leaking again. This place AGAIN cleaned the sunroof drains! WHY? I assumed they were right even though I live on a very clean street and it seemed strange. I paid for it anyway. The next rainstorm it was leaking again! So why did they re-do the same thing and charge me when it didn't work.. and I told them that when I brought it in? I finally took it to another place.It turns out it was faulty vapor seals in the doors as well as the back window seal was cracked. I don't know why Morgan Automotive didn't investigate further than the already flushed sunroof drains when I had told them those were just cleaned. I would trust then for general auto repair, but go to a leak specialist for water leaks. They're difficult to diagnose.
